Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth(新世紀エヴァンゲリオン 劇場版 DEATH & REBIRTH シト新生,Shin seiki Evangerion Gekijō-ban: Shi to Shinsei), romanized in Japan as Evangelion: Death and Rebirth, is a 1997 Japanese animatedscience fiction film. It is the first film in the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise and it consists of two parts, Death and Rebirth, separated by a short intermission. It was released, along with the follow-up, The End of Evangelion, in response to the success of the TV series and a strong demand by fans for another ending. It has since been re-edited and re-released several times.
Plot
Death
The first part, Death, is a 70-minute long edit of the first 24 episodes of Neon Genesis Evangelion in the form of a clip show, with additional footage not seen in the original broadcast. (The footage would later be integrated into the Japanese Laserdisc and the American and European Platinum Collection releases of the series, as "Director's Cut" versions of episodes 21-24)
Rebirth is the second full-length studio album released by Japanese solo artist Gackt on April 25, 2001.
Release
The album was released on April 25, 2001, by Nippon Crown. In the initial counting week of May it reached number three on the Oricon charts, with sales of 108,390 copies. In the upcoming week, it was at the number fifteen, with sales of 25,910 copies. It charted for 21 weeks. In 2001, with sales of 214,220 copies, it was the 100th best selling album of the year, certified Gold by the RIAJ.
Preceding the album release, were released three singles, "Seki-Ray", "Secret Garden" and "Kimi no Tame ni Dekiru Koto". The first single "Seki-Ray" reached number seven on the third counting week of March 2000, with sales of 70,820 copies. In the upcoming two week, it was at number ten, with sales of 16,120. In the upcoming three weeks, it was at number thirteen, sixteen and eighteen respectively, with sales of 18,490, and 14,550, and 9,590 copies. It charted for 18 weeks, and sold over 146,770 copies.
Death Note is a 37-episode anime series based on the manga series of the same title written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata. Death Note aired in Japan on the Nippon Television (NTV) network every Tuesday, from October 3, 2006, to June 26, 2007. The plot of the series primarily revolves around high school student Light Yagami, who decides to rid the world of evil with the help of a supernatural notebook titled Death Note. This book causes the death of anyone whose name is written in it and is passed on to Light by the God of Death (or Shinigami) Ryuk after he becomes bored within the Shinigami world.
A three-hour "Director's Cut" compilation TV special, titled "Death Note: Relight: Visions of a God", aired on NTV a few months after the anime concluded. Although advertised to be the "complete conclusion", the popularity of the series inspired the release of a second TV special, titled "Death Note: Relight 2: L's Successors" nearly a year later. These specials recap the first and second arcs of the anime respectively, with new scenes added to fill in any plot holes resulted from omitted footage.
The GameCube is the first Nintendo console to use optical discs as its primary storage medium. The discs are similar to the miniDVD format; as a result of their smaller size and the console's small disc compartment, the system was not designed to play standard DVDs or audio CDs. The console supports online gaming for a small number of titles via the broadband or modem adapter and connects to the Game Boy Advance via the link cable, allowing players to access exclusive in-game features using the handheld as a second screen and controller.
The word death comes from Old English deað, which in turn comes from Proto-Germanic *dauthuz (reconstructed by etymological analysis). This comes from the Proto-Indo-European stem *dheu- meaning the "Process, act, condition of dying".
Associated terms
The concept and symptoms of death, and varying degrees of delicacy used in discussion in public forums, have generated numerous scientific, legal, and socially acceptable terms or euphemisms for death. When a person has died, it is also said they have passed away, passed on, expired, or are gone, among numerous other socially accepted, religiously specific, slang, and irreverent terms. Bereft of life, the dead person is then a corpse, cadaver, a body, a set of remains, and when all flesh has rotted away, a skeleton. The terms carrion and carcass can also be used, though these more often connote the remains of non-human animals. As a polite reference to a dead person, it has become common practice to use the participle form of "decease", as in the deceased; another noun form is decedent. The ashes left after a cremation are sometimes referred to by the neologismcremains, a portmanteau of "cremation" and "remains".
The discography of Death, a metal band, consists of seven studio albums and four live albums. Death was an American metal band founded in 1983. The band's founder, Chuck Schuldiner, is considered "a pioneering force in death metal and grindcore". The band ceased to exist after Schuldiner died of brain cancer in 2001, though it remains an enduring metal brand.
As of 2008, Death had sold over 2 million albums worldwide, with over 500,000 copies sold by December 2009 in the U.S. alone (excluding the numerous sales before the SoundScan era) making them the top-selling death metal band worldwide, and only topped in the U.S. by Cannibal Corpse.

Prior to the release of the band's debut album in 1987, Death released several demos and rehearsal tapes. Below is a list of the band's seven official demos according to its website.
Death - Chuck Schuldiner's lyrics is a book about the American death metal musical group Death.
Overview
Published in Iran in 2000, written and translated by a classically trained musician named Mahyar Dean who later formed the power metal/ progressive act Angband.
The book includes English lyrics with Persian translations, introduction, biography and some short articles about some lyrics.
The book was sent through the site keepers of emptywords.org to Chuck Schuldiner, who in his words was "truly blown away and extremely honored by the obvious work and devotion he put into bringing the book to life".
In December of 2014, College Football history was made for all the wrong reasons. The UAB Blazers announced that they would be discounting football at the University, which was the first time an FBS school had made this decision since Pacific in 1995. Although UAB wasn’t a powerhouse, this was still a program that had players and staff members who put in a lot of work everyday to make it all happen, and just like that, the lives of everyone involved with the program were changed forever, But fast forward to present day 2022, and UAB is playing football again at the highest level it's ever played. So the question is, how did UAB go from not playing football, to restarting the program and now, making a bowl game in 5 straight seasons. This is: the Death and Rebirth of UAB Football.

You blacken me, and then you walk away. In a pool of blood. You attack me like lions would. Sinking in this water, the dirt in mouth makes mud. I have no strength left to undo what they have done. We bet on nothing, a losing horses head. We kept on cutting till you ripped me to shreds. With friends like these, I don't need friends at all. With friends like these, you vultures, you cowards. Oh my, my, how you have grown into a bunch of backstabbing murderers. Well first you caught me out and then you took me down. We know all about you. You are our friends now. Monumental people living monumental lives. We are monumental people living in monumental times. Oh, you were so devilish.
