For more than 30 years, Master Shi Heng Yi has been studying and practicing the interaction between mind and body. His strength is the ability to smoothly combine this knowledge with physical exercises and to practice Martial art –Kung Fu and Qi Gong. En Avril 2014, alors jeune étudiante menant une vie paisible et sans histoires, Andréa découvre qu’elle est séropositive. Entre dépression et tentative de suicide, sa vie est sur le point de basculer lorsque grâce au soutien des docteurs et de ses proches, elle décide de se reprendre en main. Elle réussit à se réinventer, apprend à vivre avec la maladie et décide d’en faire son combat. Aujourd’hui mariée et mère de trois magnifiques filles, Andréa prend la parole dans les médias et au travers des réseaux sociaux pour sensibiliser et casser les préjugés sur les personnes séropositives. Andréa Mestre est la Présidente de l'association «Mouvement Contre la Sérophobie». Experte en libération de la parole elle accompagne les couples «sérodifférents ».
