Susanna Lee Hoffs (born January 17, 1959) is an American vocalist, guitarist and actress. She is best known as a member of The Bangles.
Early life
Hoffs was born in Los Angeles, California, to a Jewish family. She is the daughter of Tamar Ruth (née Simon) and Joshua Allen Hoffs, a psychoanalyst. Her mother played Beatles music for Hoffs when she was a child, and she began playing the guitar in her teens. Hoffs attended Palisades High School in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, graduating in 1976. While in college she worked as a production assistant and made her acting debut in the 1978 film Stony Island.
Susanna Hoffs is the second solo album by Susanna Hoffs. The style of the album is more folk-oriented than her earlier work. Columbia Records hated and disagreed with this style and dropped her from their roster, resulting in Hoffs signing to London Records.
The album is much more personal and deals with issues like abusive relationships and insecurities; "Weak With Love" is about John Lennon's assassination. The album was promoted by forming a band for an extensive tour.
The album was released to enthusiastic reviews, though once again it failed to sell as well as expected.
Akiba-kei is a Japanese slang term meaning "Akihabara style". It dates back to the early 80s and refers to a subset of otaku who spend much of their time in and around the Akihabara area of Tokyo and are known for their strong interest in "fantasy worlds...anime, manga, maids, idols, and games".
Akiba-kei have also been characterized as being "interested in ruminating about domestic items and creating fan works based on these existing elements."
Location
The Akihabara area in central Tokyo is well known as a marketplace of cutting edge technology. In recent years, it has developed strong ties to the Japanese gaming industry, as well as to anime and manga publishers. These ties are one reason why Akiba-kei culture has expanded outside its geographic area, to manifest on the Internet in the form of websites.
"A Boy" (Korean:소년이여, Sonyeoniyeo) is a song recorded by the South Korean singer G-Dragon. It was released as the fourth and final single from his debut album Heartbreaker. G-Dragon stated that the song was released as an answer to the plagiarism controversy that surrounded his singles "Heartbreaker" and "Butterfly" when several people were telling him to quit singing, with G-Dragon answering that he "will not quit."
Information
Although the end of G-Dragon's single "Breathe" included a teaser of "A Boy"'s music video, the single was not released as the following single. Instead, G-Dragon released the song "Butterfly." A couple of weeks after the release of "Butterfly," "Soneoniya" was officially confirmed and released as the fourth and final promotional single for the album. G-Dragon stated that the song's lyrics, which was written by the artist solely, are about the thoughts and struggles he went through as a young boy when he became YG trainee at the age of 13.

Lyrics:
La la la la la la la listen
La la la la la la listen to me
I’m reminiscing, reminiscing
And I’m missing how it used to be
They say when it hits you
You’ll know that it’s true
You’ll know ‘cause you feel it
Ooh-ooh
When I held you it was the only thing
Only thing
And all I knew was you were everything
Everything
You are the record in the record shop
Nobody wants to buy
You are the metaphor, the metaphor
The meta for the other guy
You call when you need it
You’re nobody’s fool
You take it, I leave it
Ooh-ooh
When I held you, it was the only thing
Only thing
And all I knew was you were everything
Everything
Don’t lend me your heart
You’ll only tear it apart
Apart
Apart
La la la la la la la
La la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la
When I held you, it was the only thing
Only thing
And all I knew was you were everything
Everything
When I held you, it was the only thing
Only thing
So why am I blue?

Lyrics:
La la la la la la la listen
La la la la la la listen to me
I’m reminiscing, reminiscing
And I’m missing how it used to be
They say when it hits you
You’ll know that it’s true
You’ll know ‘cause you feel it
Ooh-ooh
When I held you it was the only thing
Only thing
And all I knew was you were everything
Everything
You are the record in the record shop
Nobody wants to buy
You are the metaphor, the metaphor
The meta for the other guy
You call when you need it
You’re nobody’s fool
You take it, I leave it
Ooh-ooh
When I held you, it was the only thing
Only thing
And all I knew was you were everything
Everything
Don’t lend me your heart
You’ll only tear it apart
Apart
Apart
La la la la la la la
La la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la
When I held you, it was the only thing
Only thing
And all I knew was you were everything
Everything
When I held you, it was the only thing
Only thing
So why am I blue?
