Special education (also known as special needs education, aided education, vocational education, and limb care authority education) is the practice of educating students with special educational needs in a way that addresses their individual differences and needs. Ideally, this process involves the individually planned and systematically monitored arrangement of teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials, and accessible settings. These interventions are designed to help learners with special needs achieve a higher level of personal self-sufficiency and success in school and their community, than may be available if the student were only given access to a typical classroom education.
In the Dutch education system, particular education ("bijzonder onderwijs") refers to a separate category of education distinct from both public and private education, in which a school is administered by an independent board, as opposed to a government authority, while still receiving government funding. Particular schools are comparable to the concept of a charter school, with the additional characteristic of being grounded in a particular religious denomination or educational philosophy. Particular education is not to be confused with "speciaal onderwijs", which refers to schools specialized to deal with physical and/or learning disabilities.
Definition
Particular schools differ from both public and private schools in the way they are funded and run. While privately run, particular schools are not altogether outside the control of the Dutch Ministry of Education, as they are subsidized on equal footing with public schools, and cannot charge tuition over the statutory rate. They are therefore also distinct from private schools—of which there are a small but increasing number in the country—which get no subsidies and can charge market tuition.
Special Education (Serbo-Croatian: Specijalno vaspitanje/Специјално васпитање) is a 1977 Yugoslav drama directed by Goran Marković, whom this was first feature film. Scenario is written by both Goran Marković and Miroslav Simić.
The film was finished short before 1977, but it was first screened in 1977, at the Pula Film Festival. At the time, it gained numerous unofficial awards. Ljubiša Samardžić was awarded by Big Golden Arena, for his role of militiaman Cane, as for featured male episodic role. In the same year he was awarded also by Golden Ducat on Mannheim Film Festival, earlier notable film festival.
Special Education was the most popular and best selling Marković's film, screened in more than fifty countries. Some folks believe that this Marković's debuting work gave him an opportunity to make more quality films in the future. In this movie have debuted few afterwards more notorious actors: Branislav Lečić and Aleksandar Berček. Branislav Lečić, debuting as Fikret Hadžiabdić, has started his acting career. His acting career is rich of roles that don't have a respect to law.

Special Education (Teaching Strategy)
Teaching special education students can be a challenge. This video highlights a teaching strategy to help special education students strive in academics. I have personally used this teaching strategy in many special education classrooms as well as with special needs students in an inclusive classroom.
Teachers often do not receive training like this and this video will really help you assess as well as guide special needs students towards noticeable results in academics. Due to it's success you will also notice behaviour concerns greatly decrease as students see their success and become comfortable with academic expectations.
