Memory Cards - The BMPCC requires very highspeed SD memory cards. Just be aware of that. I use 95mb/s Sandisk Extreme cards.

Introducing 274 Saint Joseph Ave, a remarkably preserved Spanish Colonial Revival perched at the top of the hill in the coveted Estates section of Belmont Heights. Arguably one of the best locations in all of Long Beach on an oversized corner lot, this rare masterpiece was constructed in 1930 by John C. Davidson and the highly regarded architectural duo of Dedrick & Bobbe. Enter the two-story tower through an impressive vestibule that leads to the dramatic foyer decorated in superior Malibu tile. Grand archways highlight the romantic details of the generous living spaces, and showcase the intricate details of lath & plaster tray ceilings. Quintessential Spanish elements of exposed wood beams, wrought iron accents, and brass hardware invite you from room to room. The Great room inspires by a hand-painted vaulted ceiling, symmetrical casement windows, and French doors leading to a private outdoor arena. Built to impress, the intelligent layout transcends time and creates efficiency in every space. Vintage bathrooms with original Art Deco tile feature rare color combinations and accompany every bedroom. Embrace the natural sunlight and ocean breezes while peeking at water views from the balcony and upstairs terrace off the master bedroom. The unique property orientation maximizes all outdoor living spaces with a massive courtyard and endless possibilities. One of the neighborhood's finest residences, this extraordinary opportunity is just moments from trendy restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

Five Beautiful Features of Spanish Revival Architecture
Here are five features that you can expect to find in any Spanish Revival home.
Distinctive Exteriors
You’ll recognize the architectural style the minute you pull in the driveway because it’s all about white stucco walls and low-pitched, red tile roofs.
Wrought-Iron Details
Inside and out, you’re likely to see plenty of wrought-iron accents, including light fixtures and front gates.
Picturesque Courtyards
Spanish Revival homes frequently have intimate outdoor spaces incorporated into the layout, so you can easily step outside to enjoy fresh air and al fresco dining.
Abundance of Arches
Beautiful arched windows and doorways are a hallmark of these homes, as are gently curved walls that exhibit a high level of craftsmanship.
Exposed Wood Beams
