A supplemental route is a state secondary road in the U.S. state of Missouri, designated with letters. Supplemental routes were various roads within the state which the Missouri Department of Transportation was given in 1952 to maintain in addition to the regular routes, though lettered routes had been in use from at least 1932. The goal of the secondary highway system was to place state-maintained roads within 2 miles (3km) of more than 95% of all farm houses, schools, churches, cemeteries and stores. The four types of roads designated as Routes are:

Highway designations
The more major supplemental routes of the system are ones assigned with single-letter designations (such as "K"). Minor branch routes and farm-to-market roads, which often end at county roads or are former alignments of the other highways, are typically assigned with two-letter designations consisting of two of the same letter (e.g. "KK"). Additionally, combinations of letters may be used, but always with A as the first letter (such as "AD"); the only exception of this is on Route BA in western St. Louis County. Combinations beginning with the letter R are also used for routes that connect with state parks or other recreational facilities, which is the only use of R on the system; Route AR, a non-recreational route south of Bakersfield, is the only exception to this.
The service started in 2003. Route timetables and other useful information were implemented in numerous bus stops along the corridor, printed in both English and Spanish. ART provides cell phone users with an 800 number that is listed at each bus stop to call and obtain bus schedule information.

The entire route is less than a 1/2 mile in length and has only one name, Valley View Drive.
Shortly after the street begins at NY434, NY962J passes over NY17 (the Southern Tier Expressway). This portion was previously part of the trumpet-style interchange that NY17 westbound had with NY434 at exit66. Today, however, the road continues to the northeast, intersecting the new ramps that lead to and from NY17 westbound before crossing over the Susquehanna River.
On the other bank of the river, the highway passes over the Norfolk Southern-owned Southern Tier Line before reaching its northern terminus at NY17C.
New York State Route394 (NY394) is a state highway located within Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties in southwestern New York in the United States. Its western terminus is located on the shore of Lake Erie at an intersection with NY5 in the Westfield hamlet of Barcelona. The eastern terminus is located at an interchange with the Southern Tier Expressway (Interstate86 or I-86 and NY17) at the Coldspring hamlet of Steamburg. From Mayville to Jamestown, NY394 follows the western edge of Chautauqua Lake. East of Jamestown, the route straddles the Southern Tier Expressway and connects to the highway in four different locations, including at its eastern terminus.
The segments of NY394 between Westfield and Mayville, as well as east of Jamestown were originally designated as NY17 in 1924. Six years later, the remainder of current NY394 gained a pair of designations as part of the 1930 renumbering of state highways in New York; however, by the mid-1940s, the Mayville–Jamestown stretch was solely designated as New York State Route17J. In November 1973, NY17 was realigned onto the new Southern Tier Expressway east of Jamestown. The former alignment of NY17 between Jamestown and Steamburg and all of NY17J were redesignated as NY394. NY394 was extended westward to Barcelona shortly afterward. Today the route is also concurrent with part of New York State Bicycle Route 17.

History
During the late 1960s and early 1970s, Ron West was part of a well-remembered Kansas City band, The Chesmann, with his two brothers Gary and Steve. Heavily inspired by British invasion groups, the band played both live covers and recorded original studio material. Gary West was also a member of the band Shooting Star, which scored several modest AOR hits in the late 1970 and early 1980s.
Led by Ron West, the band's self-titled first album was released in 1977 on a label called Panama Records. Even though Panama was an independent label, the band garnered substantial airplay on American FM AOR radio stations, specifically with the track "Movin On". Missouri's first gig was opening for Firefall in Emporia, Kansas. Missouri toured nationally with many major label acts such as Ted Nugent, Golden Earring, among many others.
A second album, "Welcome Two Missouri", was released on the larger and international Polydor label in 1979, including a re-recorded version of "Movin On" minus the original intro. By this time two of the original line up had dropped out. No further recordings except a repackaging of recordings from the previous albums called the best of Missouri. Missouri Wine refers to wine made from grapes grown in the U.S. state of Missouri. Germanimmigrants in the early-to-mid-19th century, founded the wine industry in Missouri, resulting in its wine corridor being called the Missouri "Rhineland". Later Italian immigrants also entered wine production. In the mid-1880s, more wine was produced by volume in Missouri than in any other state. Before Prohibition, Missouri was the second-largest wine-producing state in the nation. Missouri had the first area recognized as a federally designated American Viticultural Area with the Augusta AVA acknowledged on June 20, 1980. There are now four AVAs in Missouri. In 2009 there were 92 wineries operating in the state of Missouri.

Some Native American tribes cultivated local varieties of grapes. These species were developed further by later German Americans and Italian Americans.
Germanimmigrants to the Missouri River valley established vineyards and wineries on both sides of the river. Hermann, Missouri, settled by Germans in 1837, had ideal conditions to grow grapes for wine. By 1848 winemakers there produced 10,000 US gallons (37,900l) per year, expanding to 100,000 US gallons (378,500l) per year by 1856. Overall, the state produced 2,000,000 US gallons (7,570,800l) per year by the 1880s, the most of any state in the nation.Stone Hill Winery in Hermann became the second largest in the nation (and the third largest in the world), shipping a million barrels of wine by the turn of the 20th century. Its wines won awards at world fairs in Vienna in 1873 and Philadelphia in 1876.
