Major League Baseball Left handed Pitcher Randy Wolf training for his comeback Part1
We began training pro MLB pitcher Randy Wolf the last week of April.
He had Tommy John Surgery several months before and had began a post surgery rehabilitation program. Due to the nature of the injury that this surgery is for, he will not be cleared for full upper body work for several months. Therefore, we are just working twice a week on structural improvements, Body mechanics, Core strength - stabilization, Balance and Agility drills, Hip Rotation, Lateral movement, Muscular Strength/ Endurance, and Flexibility.
His results in the last 8 weeks have been astonishing !!! Increased performance beyond what we could have hoped for,...increased Muscular strength and Endurance, in acceleration in his recovery time, a drop in Body fat and an increase in lean body mass at a rate far beyond ave...

Randy Wolf's #50for50 Campaign
Jack Wolf was diagnosed with autism at just two years old. My wife, Kim, and I would and did try everything to help him stop hurting himself. Every time he hurt, we hurt.
Now as a twenty-one year old man, I am amazed at his progress. For every intervention and support Kim and I tried and for how exhausted we were, no one worked harder than Jack.
He overcame his fears, his crutches, and his pains, to go along and get along with all of us. Now, Jack and I regularly go to Wisconsin football games (Go Badgers!), bowling and to movies. He is still learning new words and strategies to cope in our world, but he is doing it!
As an adult, Jack will need a job. He is a good reader but still struggles with his communication. At Turning Pointe Autism Foundation, an organization Kim and I found...

Increased performance beyond what we could have hoped for,...increased Muscular strength and Endurance, in acceleration in his recovery time, a drop in Body fat and an increase in lean body mass at a rate far beyond average! Stay tuned in on his
progress as he continues to train for his return as a Marquee Major League Baseball Pitcher!!!
In this video you get a glimpse into just one 3 minute segment of jis 60 minute long workouts!!! Give it a try on your next leg workout and let us know how you like it!!!

At Turning Pointe Autism Foundation, an organization Kim and I founded, they are building vocational enterprises to help fund programs and jobs for adults with autism.
In honor of my 50th birthday, I am hoping to raise $50,000 in the next 50 days. I hope you will support Jack and students like Jack at Turning Pointe, as they continue to grow their enterprises and - more importantly - opportunities for adults with autism.
