Paul Adam Wilson (born 22 February 1977) is a retired English professional footballer who made two league appearances for Gillingham at the end of the 1994–95 season. He later played in non-league football with Gravesend & Northfleet and Margate.
His football career peaked in season 1974/75 after being moved to play as a striker when he scored 29 goals for Celtic including two in that season's cup final win. He was selected to play for Scotland that season making him the only non-white player to represent the full Scotland team in the 20th century. Following his mother's death his enthusiasm for football diminished before leaving the professional game at the age of 29.
Early years
Wilson was born in Bangalore, India. His Scottish father was stationed there with the Royal Air Force, where he met Wilson's Dutch-Portuguese mother. The family moved to Scotland when Paul was one year old.
Career
Club
Legendary Celtic manager Jock Stein signed Wilson for the club in 1967. Stein immediately farmed him out to Scottish Junior club, Maryhill, to gain experience before returning to break into the first team in the early 1970s. Wilson had dark skin tone and received racist abuse during his football career during Old Firm games.
Paul Wilson (born 12 January 1972) is a former Australian cricketer who played one Test and eleven One Day Internationals (ODIs) for the Australian national cricket team, as well as domestically representing South Australia and Western Australia. Born in Newcastle, New South Wales, Wilson moved to Adelaide to attend the Australian Cricket Academy, and went to debut for South Australia during the 1995–96 season. A solidly-built right-arm fast bowler, all of his matches at international level came during the 1997–98 season, with his single Test coming during Australia's tour of India. Wilson remained active at domestic level until the early 2000s, switching to Western Australia for the 2002–03 season. Retiring at the end of the 2003–04 season, for a time he served as the coach of the Western Fury in the Women's National Cricket League. Wilson later became an umpire, and currently sits on Cricket Australia's national umpires panel.

I will show you 2 different ways to practice golf. The first is if you are going out to play and you only have 15-20 minutes. The other is if you are going to go our for a dedicated practice session (where want to practice effectively with a specific purpose in mind, to work on a drill or swing position.)
Keep in mind, when you are going to learn how to practice your golf swing you are not going to hit every shot perfectly. This is where pros differ from amateurs. As I explain these thoughts try to change them into the future. If so, it'll turn your arms off so you can use your body to hit the ball as opposed to just your arms. Too many people are just trying to hit driver as hard as they can. This feels good. It feels powerful and it feels natural. The problem is, this is not how to hit your driver longer and straighter.
So focus on the tips I explain in this video. Give them a try the next time you're at the range. Now this doesn't mean you are going to try it for 3 shots. Keep doing it for at least 1 bucket. If so, you will be amazed at how much better you hit your driver.

This tip takes you through how to practice your golf swing. Most people would think you just go out and beat a few balls. This is not how pros practice.
I will show you 2 different ways to practice golf. The first is if you are going out to play and you only have 15-20 minutes. The other is if you are going to go our for a dedicated practice session (where want to practice effectively with a specific purpose in mind, to work on a drill or swing position.)
Keep in mind, when you are going to learn how to practice your golf swing you are not going to hit every shot perfectly. This is where pros differ from amateurs. Again, these 2 different ways to practice have you not expecting perfect shots. You'll see what I means as I explain it in this golf swing practice tip.
Try to remember these 2 different ways because they can make or break your round of golf and also remember to practice your golf swing at home. This really is the fastest way to play great golf.

So many people struggle when hitting irons which is costing them a ton of shots. This drill is not about hitting down on the ball. It is not about forward shaft lean through impact. It's not about changing your grip or anything else. You may have tired those things in the past and they don't work because they have you hitting the ball with your arms.
If you want to hit your irons pure you need to stop doing all of those things. This best drill for irons and it's totally different to anything you have ever tried in the past.
The next time you're at the range give this a try. I need you to tee up your ball. Take out a mid iron and hit a whole bucket of balls doing this drill. Then adjust as I explain in the tip as you get better at it.
