Much of the neighborhood west of the so-called "Biscayne Wall" will be developed into Miami World Center a major urban center containing a convention center, hotel, residential condo towers, and 765,000 square feet of retail. Plans for an enclosed Mall at Miami WorldCenter anchored by Bloomingdales and Macy's, have been replaced in favor of an open air promenade shopping district. Demolition of buildings making up the former "club row" began in 2015 clearing the way for construction to begin.
The theater was originally a vaudeville and movie theater - The Lane Court - when it opened in the 1920s, with a capacity of 900 people. In the 1960s, the theater became The Town Theatre, eventually showing adult films and featuring live burlesque. In the 1970s, it was purchased by Dale Niedermaier and John May, refurbished and re-opened as Park West, the music venue and special events space in May 1977. The 700-seat theater hosts a variety of bands, most of which perform classic rock or alternative rock. Aretha Franklin filmed her successful HBO concert there in 1985.
It is also home to many fundraising events, including the Starlight Foundation's Dream Date Auction, and awards ceremonies, including the annual Non-Equity Jeff Awards.
The Park West theater will be taping a new talk show forum on April 18, 2015.

Thx for Renaissance & recorders & traders ! My Diamond Heart version source is circulated NTSC DVD. Video: recoloured, Dark - Light range wide, medium video noise reduction
Audio: unfortunately original source contains many noise and below and above of the vocal range is unbalanced sound, Annie Haslam singing now in high vocal range. Only wrong choice. If i eliminate noise, in high vocal range very false. I choice good high vocal range and good bass - this way led to above average strange noise and hiss. (Annie's singing wonderful for example beginning of Flight or Ashes Are Burning)
For best quality, you see fullscreened HD resolution monitor from 2-3 meter in dark room (NO Wonder - VHS quality).(Sorry my low english language)

This year marks the 20th anniversary of “Downtown Summer Evening,” an event that extends the museum hours so visitors can immerse themselves in summer evening activities.
At Shitamachi-naka Street in the East Zone, the shops within the illuminated reconstructed buildings and lantern-adorned promenade evoke the festive atmosphere of summer.
If you want to relax, spend time in the traditional Japanese houses of the West Zone and enjoy the cool evening breeze.
There will also be Awaodori performances!
Let's have some fun together at a rare NIGHT MATSURI AT THE MUSEUM!
