HIDDEN ERROR: Usage of "Backgroun" is not recognized
The Osmonds are an American family music group with a long and varied career—a career that took them from singing barbershop music as children to achieving success as teen-music idols, from producing a hit television show to continued success as solo and group performers. The Osmonds are devout members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and their religious values have influenced their careers.
The Osmonds began as a barbershop quartet consisting of brothers Alan, Wayne, Merril, and Jay Osmond. They were later joined by younger siblings Donny and Jimmy. Their only sister Marie, who rarely sang with her brothers at that time, launched a successful solo career in 1973. The family has sold 102 million records worldwide.
The siblings' older brothers George Virl Osmond, Jr. (Virl) and Tom Osmond were born deaf and did not originally perform. They made several television appearances in later years, most notably on the family Christmas specials in the 1970s. All of the Osmonds were born in Ogden, Utah except the youngest, Jimmy, who was born in Canoga Park, California.
The Osmonds was a 1972 ABC-TV Saturday morning cartoon series starring the Osmond Brothers, who all voiced their animated selves. Each episode features the family in a different location around the world, with young Jimmy's antics usually driving the plot of the episode. As with most television series oriented around bands, the Osmonds' songs were featured prominently in the series.
Yukon (/ˈjuːkɒn/; also commonly called the Yukon) is the westernmost and smallest of Canada's three federal territories. Whitehorse is the territorial capital and Yukon's only city.
The territory was split from the Northwest Territories in 1898 and was named the "Yukon Territory". The federal government's Yukon Act, which received royal assent on March 27, 2002, established "Yukon" as the territory's official name, though "Yukon Territory" is also still popular in usage and Canada Post continues to use the territory's internationally approved postal abbreviation of YT. Though officially bilingual (English and French), the Yukon Government also recognizes First Nations languages.
Yukon was a three-piece experimental band from Baltimore, MD.
The band consisted of Nick Podgurski (drums/vocals), Sam Garrett (guitar) and Brad Smith (bass). Various four-piece incarnations included Denny Bowen (of Double Dagger and Roomrunner), and Tom Ferrara.
Regional and national touring with Little Women, Calabi Yau, Archaeopteryx and Rick Weaver of The New Flesh.
Yukon also performed at Whartscape and the International Noise Conference (Miami, FL) in 2007.
Members of Yukon co-curated with fellow Brooklyn math-rock band, Stay Fucked, the Dark Forces Swing Blind Punches festival in Philadelphia, which was held December 2006 and featured current innovative music from bands such as Dysrhythmia and Zs.
2007's Mortar was co-released by the band in part with Terra Firma Records. It was followed in 2008 by Medallion on Infinite Limbs. In the time that passed between Mortar and Medallion the band saw the exchange of original guitarist Tom Ferrara for Sam Garrett and the exit of guitarist/vocalist Denny Bowen. Medallion is the only recorded output of the shortly lived four-piece including both Garrett and Bowen on guitar. Medallion was recorded with Bowen on guitar after his leaving the band. This began the band's shift into trio and Podgurski's role as both drummer and vocalist. In early 2009, the song "Zero Gravity Chamber" was re-released as part of Damage Rituals Cassettes' "The Dead Hand: Human Machines" compilation along with tracks from groups such as Zs, Weasel Walter Trio, and Muscle Brain.

The Yukon River explained in under 3 Minutes
The #Yukon River is one of the largest rivers on the planet, emerging from the glaciers of the northern Rocky Mountains, and then slowly making its way through the tundra of Yukon and Alaska. The 3200 Kilometer or just above 2000 miles, are a habitat of vast salmon populations and the river has been the backbone of the whole region for millennia. It is home to many interesting #Geography features such as far spreading meandering flood plains and a vast and beautiful delta region. Cheers

Lost In The Yukon - Epic Canoe Trip Down Remote Big Salmon River In The Yukon Territory
In the summer of 2023, Ashley and I (Keenan) drove to the Yukon for a summer of adventure and to canoe down the Big Salmon River. We would end up traveling hundreds of kilometres through the wilderness, winding our way through the mountains. We would have some amazing wildlife encounters, small rapids to run, log jams to overcome and storms to weather but it was the trip of a lifetime. We have spent many summers in the Yukon and all we can say is "what an absolutely amazing place to see and explore". This trip through remote Yukon Territory was one of the best canoe trips we've ever been on. Hope you guys enjoy the video....we are so excited to share this adventure with you.
Also wanted to say a big thank you to Doug at Nisutlin Outfitting for his help this summer. If you guys are...

If you guys are planning a trip to the Yukon and the Big Salmon, or many of its other rivers are on your paddling list, Doug is an absolute awesome guy to deal with and can help you accomplish your trip. Thanks again Doug for your help and conversation on the road trip. We hope to see you again next summer. https://nisutlinoutfitting.com

Cheers

Welcome to Dawson City, the heart of the Klondike Gold Rush! We spent a super fun 24 hour exploring the city, including learning tons of history on a walking tour, going inside of a dredge, sharing a unique local tradition, and admiring the views of the area. This city feels like a walk back in time and has maintained so much of its historic charm!

In the summer of 2023, Ashley and I (Keenan) drove to the Yukon for a summer of adventure and to canoe down the Big Salmon River. We would end up traveling hundreds of kilometres through the wilderness, winding our way through the mountains.
There's a message floatin' in the air. Crazy horses ridin' everywhere. It's a warning, it's in every tongue. Gotta stop them crazy horses on the run. (CHORUS) What a show, there they go smokin' up the sky, yeah. Crazy horses all got riders, and they're you and I. Crazy horses (repeat 3 times) Never stop and they never die. They just keep on puffin' how they multiply. Crazy horses, will they never halt? If they keep on movin' then it's all our fault. Repeat chorus So take a good look around, see what they've done, what they've done -- they've done--they've done--they've done--they've done. Crazy horses. (repeat several times and fade......)
