Finalmente sono riuscito a provare la nuova Ducati Panigale V4R 2020 con lo scarico Akrapovic completo!!!
Cosa dire.... Le differenze dalla V4 Speciale (o V4S) sono molte ... a partire dal motore!!
La V4R ha un vuoto totale fino a circa 10.000 giri poi ti spara tutti i cavalli da lì in su... quindi se ti trovi a sbagliare marcia perdi un casino di tempo ma se la tieni alta è veramente entusiasmante (sembra un 600 con 230 cavalli!!) e poi è infinita ... mentre con l'altra non hai di questi problemi ma a 13.500 sei arrivato!!
Un'altra cosa che ho notato è che sembra più facile da guidare... cioè sembra più docile rispetto alla V4S... magari è solo una mia impressione ... non so...

Porsche 992 GT3 Cup POV Mugello 2024
Join me testing for the first time this exquisite piece of machinery on the magnificent scenery of Mugello's up and downs!
Some context:
It was the second session of the day, I was trying to improve laptimes and find more confidence with the car but unfortunately time was cut short by rain and a subsequent crash that happened just ahead of me :(
The feeling with the car was good overall but there is a loooooot of room for improvement to be competitive. I'm really hoping to race it this year ;))

Ferrari FXX K & FXX K Evo at Mugello Circuit: V12 Sound, Flames, Hot Glowing Brakes & Downshifts!
Here's a fully dedicated video to the entire FXX K's group that was at Mugello Circuit for the 2021 Finali Mondiali Ferrari (Ferrari World Finals). There were around 20 'Ks' among which there was still an 'old' non-Evo FXX K. Enjoy the usual amazing sounds of the V12 engines!

MotoGP Michele Pirro high speed Crash Mugello 2018 - Rider OK
Michele Pirro is an Italian ductai motogp rider who was a wild card for the MotoGP Italia. He miraculously survived a high speed crash at aroung 350km/h with slight concussion.
Pirro, who is Ducati's designated test rider but is making his customary Italian Grand Prix appearance with the Italian manufacturer, was second in the FP2 timesheets when he crashed heavily less than 20 minutes into the session.
The Ducati's rear tyre lifted off the ground as Pirro braked into Turn 1 at the end of the main straight, throwing Pirro off the bike and high up into the air.
The 32-year-old lost consciousness upon impact with the ground and tumbled into the gravel, where he was attended to by medical staff.
With the session red-flagged as a consequence, Pirro was initially taken to the circuit medic...

992 GT3 RS at Mugello 1.56.34 - 30 nov 2024 - Promoracing
992 GT3 RS at Mugello - 1.56.34 (and 1.56,53 in the first lap) - Full stock, steel brakes, without WP, Pirelli Trofeo RS
A couple of good laps, both could easily be around 55.8 without those errors (ideal laptime in the session 1.55.45).
This was my first stint at mid morning with track still slippery in some sectors due to very cold tarmac and high humidity in the early morning, not easy to make Trofeo RS work properly. I was pushing but trying to understand grip limits in the meantime.
Pretty sure about a mid 55 clean lap were feasable along the day as far as I could have improved confidence and avoid mistakes, as well as with better track conditions; unfortunately some red flags with dirt carried on track and a windy afternoon didn’t allow me to do.

Cosa dire.... Le differenze dalla V4 Speciale (o V4S) sono molte ... a partire dal motore!!
La V4R ha un vuoto totale fino a circa 10.000 giri poi ti spara tutti i cavalli da lì in su... quindi se ti trovi a sbagliare marcia perdi un casino di tempo ma se la tieni alta è veramente entusiasmante (sembra un 600 con 230 cavalli!!) e poi è infinita ... mentre con l'altra non hai di questi problemi ma a 13.500 sei arrivato!!
Un'altra cosa che ho notato è che sembra più facile da guidare... cioè sembra più docile rispetto alla V4S... magari è solo una mia impressione ... non so...
Come sospensioni non mi sono trovato male ma per ora, essendo stata la 1° volta che provavo questa moto, non mi esprimo in questo argomento...
Ultima nota positiva è l'aerodinamica ... sul rettilineo del Mugello se stai in carena non si sente un filo d'aria... sembra di essere fermi... e la moto non si muove!!
Complessivamente mi sento di dare un ottimo giudizio per ora... poi vedremo quando inizierò a dagliene un pò di più e a conoscerla meglio!!!

What to say.... The differences from the Special V4 (or V4S) are many... starting from the engine!!
The V4R has a total vacuum of up to about 10. 000 laps then shoot all the horses from there up... so if you are wrong to march you lose a mess of time but if you keep it high it is really exciting (it looks like a 600 with 230 horses!! and then it's infinite... while with the other you have no of these problems but at 13. 500 you have arrived!!
Another thing I noticed is that it seems easier to drive... that is, it seems more docile than the V4S... maybe it's just my impression... I do not know...
As suspensions I did not find myself bad but for now, having been the 1st time I tried this bike, I do not express myself in this topic...
Last positive note is aerodynamics... on the Mugello straight if you are in the hull you do not feel a thread of air... seems to be stopped... and the bike does not move!!
Overall I feel like giving an excellent judgment for now... then we'll see when I start giving her a little more and getting to know her better!!!

With the session red-flagged as a consequence, Pirro was initially taken to the circuit medical centre for a check-up, with the series confirming that he had regained consciousness.
It has since been confirmed he will be taken to a hospital in the nearby city of Florence for additional checks, including a CT scan.
Speaking to Spanish TV channel Movistar, Ducati sporting director Paolo Ciabatti revealed that Pirro was awake and alert, but could not recall the crash.
"I spoke a few minutes ago with [Ducati team manager] Davide Tardozzi, who is in the medical centre," Ciabatti said. "Apparently the situation is less serious than it looked before.

The European Le Mans Series (ELMS) is a motorsport endurance series inspired by 24 Hours of Le Mans. ELMS offers its competitors a full season of car racing on some of the best tracks in Europe and is split into four different categories: LMP2, LMP2 Pro/Am, LMP3, and LMGT3. The 2024 season runs between April - October and consists of six races, starting in Barcelona and finishing in Portimão. The series is a natural training ground for drivers wanting to tackle the FIA World Endurance Championship with many aiming to become future world champions.
