New Frontiers in Neuroscience and Molecular Psychiatry
Alzheimer’s disease has become the pandemic of our age. While one area of research continues to focus on the search for a drug that will block or modify the progression of Alzheimer’s, there is also a growing recognition that the fields of neuroscience and molecular psychiatry may advance prevention and treatment options further by using multi-modal approaches that consider variables such as polygenic overlap, functional factors, and biochemical uniqueness. Dr. Jeffrey Bland shares his insights in this video.
