The Short 330 (also SD3-30) is a small transport aircraft produced by Short Brothers. It seats up to 30 people and was relatively inexpensive and had low maintenance costs at the time of its introduction in 1976. The 330 was based on the SC.7 Skyvan.
Development
The Short 330 was developed by Short Brothers of Belfast from Short's earlier Short Skyvan STOL utility transport. The 330 had a longer wingspan and fuselage than the Skyvan, while retaining the Skyvan's square-shaped fuselage cross section, allowing it to carry up to 30 passengers while retaining good short field characteristics. The first prototype of the 330 flew on 22 August 1974.
The Short 330 is unusual in having all of its fuel contained in tanks located directly above the ceiling of the passenger cabin. There are two separate cockpit doors for pilot and co-pilot for access from inside the cabin.
While Short concentrated on producing airliners, the design also spawned two freight versions. The first of these, the Short 330-UTT (standing for Utility Tactical Transport), was a military transport version fitted with a strengthened cabin floor and paratroop doors, which was sold in small numbers, primarily to Thailand, which purchased four. The Short Sherpa was a freighter fitted with a full-width rear cargo door/ramp. This version first flew on 23 December 1982, with the first order, for 18 aircraft, being placed by the United States Air Force (USAF) in March 1983, for the European Distribution System Aircraft (EDSA) role, to fly spare parts between USAF bases within Europe.
In chess, the player who moves first is referred to as "White" and the player who moves second is referred to as "Black". Similarly, the pieces that each conducts are called, respectively, "the white pieces" and "the black pieces". The pieces are often not literally white and black, but some other colors (usually a light color and a dark color, respectively). The 64 squares of the chessboard, which is colored in a checkered pattern, are likewise referred to as "white squares" or "light squares" on the one hand, and "black squares" or "dark squares" on the other. In most cases, the squares are not actually white and black, but a light color and a contrasting dark color. For example, the squares on plastic boards are often off-white ("buff") and green, while those on wood boards are often light brown and dark brown.
In old chess writings, the sides are often called Red and Black, because those were the two colors of ink then commonly available when hand-drawing or printing chess position diagrams.
Black: The Man From Darkness is a 2004 Indian Malayalamcrime thriller film written and directed by Ranjith, and produced by Lal. It deals with the underworld operations in Kochi. Mammootty plays the role of Police Constable Karikkamuri Shanmugham, who ironically is a hit man and a contract killer. The film features cinematography by Amal Neerad. The film was a comeback for actor Rahman to Malayalam cinema. The film was a box office hit.
Plot
Black is based on the underground activities in the city of Kochi(Cochin). Shanmughan (Mammooty) plays a Head Police Constable but also a hitman who does his job with perfection. On the top of the underworld, there is a man, Advocate Devin Carlos Padaveedan (Lal). He and Shanmughan are accomplices.
A newly appointed police officer, Ashok (Rahman), tries to clean up the city from the criminals, but fails to do so as he is killed by Padaveedan. Shanmugan is not very happy about the death of Ashok, and creates some indifference between the friends. After Shanmugan finds his own daughter, he wants to live a peaceful life, but the transformation is not acceptable to Padaveedan, and he wants Shanmughan dead.
Black is Lita Ford's sixth studio album and featured a change of style in her music, compared to her other albums. Black sees Ford move into other musical styles such as blues and grunge, while still maintaining her metal and rock roots. There would be a 14-year gap between Black and her next studio album, 2009's Wicked Wonderland.
Track listing
All songs were written by Michael Dan Ehmig and Lita Ford, except where noted.
Ambassador is an United Kingdomtea clipper built in 1869. She was a composite clipper, built with wooden planking over an iron skeleton and was W. Lund & Co's first tea clipper. She is now a beached wreck in southern Chile.
History
William Walker built Ambassador at Lavender Dry Dock in London.
Though considered a fast ship, Ambassador was said to be "very cranky and overmasted". Her first passage to the UK from Foochow came during the Tea Race of 1870 under Captain Duggan and took 115 days, a mediocre performance; that same year the fastest tea passage, also from Foochow, was made by the clipper LahlooΒ (clipper) in just 98 days. Ambassador's fastest passage between China and England was 108 days, in 1872.
Ambassador has been beached at Estancia San Gregorio, Chile since 1899. In 1973 Chile declared her a historic monument.
The wreck is now reduced to a skeletal frame. It is an example of a dwindling number of composite ship constructions. Better preserved examples include:
In the late 1910s Hertz took control of the Walden W. Shaw Livery Corporation. The company had already been producing a car of their own, called the Weidely. He took the rest of the stock bodies and put 6-cylinder Continental engines in them, then sold them. The cars had full-leather trunks. In Feb. 1921, the cars made their debut at the Drake Hotel in Chicago, Illinois during the Chicago Automobile Show. A 4-cylinder car costing $700 was announced in October of that year, but it was never made. After the original Weidely stock was used up, a smaller car was designed. After 1925, Hertz named it after himself.
Ambassador 21 was founded in the summer of 2001 by Natasha (voice, electronics) and Alexey Protasov (voice, electronics).
The duo has toured Europe intensively since 2003, and has performed at many events, including M'era Luna 2010 and 2014, Wave-Gotik-Treffen 2010 (Leipzig / Germany), Maschinenfest '05, '06, '07, '08, '10, '11 (Germany) - as A21 and SUICIDE INSIDE, Ososphere 2009 (Strasbourg / France), Castle Party 2012 (Bolkow / Poland), Chauffer Dans La Noirceur 2010 and 2012 (Montmartin-Sur-Mer / France), Noxious Art Festival 2005 (Vesoul / France), Noxious Art Festival 2009 (Paris / France), Elektroanschlag (Altenburg / Germany), Resistance Festival 2004 (Bratislava / Slovakia), Resistance Festival 2005 (London / UK), Sick & Twisted (London / UK), Sickfest (Moscow / Russia), Dark Easter (Utrecht / Netherlands), Noise Central Festifal (Utrecht / Netherlands) and lots of gigs in France, Switzerland, UK, Italy, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Russia and Belarus.

πΉ Deadly Chess TRAP to Win in 8 Moves! [Tricky Gambit Opening] - https://youtu.be/WXHpvsxdkFg
In this video lesson, GM Igor Smirnov teaches you a universal chess opening that you can play both as White and as Black.
It is an aggressive gambit that often gives you quick wins right out of the opening. This opening variation is filled with a lot of deadly tricks and traps that most of your opponents will fall for.
As Black, it happens when your opponents play 1.d4 as White, and you respond with 1...e5 (Englund Gambit) and then follow up with 2.dxe5 d6 3.exd6 Bxd6.
And as White, you can play this gambit in multiple ways. First, you may play 1.d3 and then 2.e4. If that's too passive for you, you may start with 1.Nc3 and then play this tricky opening. Best of all, this opening variation also transposes from the Scandinavian Defense when you start with 1.e4 d5 2.d3 with a similar idea.

White pieces vs. black pieces
has been a popular
debate among
chess lovers.
It is a difficult
topic indeed . .
However, I think
I have the answer
for this
exact question.
It is not as
clear and dry
as you think.
First let's talk about
the advantages of
the white pieces.
Basically why you
may want it.
First off space, the one
wielding the white
pieces are more likely to gain
more space in the opening.
Space gives more chances for attacks and tactics to flourish. If you are an aggressive player then white might be best for you.
Next are objectives,
if you are white you
are more likely to
achieve the objective
faster in the opening.
This can be pretty valuable.
Piece development, castling,
pawn pushes, etc. are some of these
objectives. If played correctly, the one with
the white pieces
will naturally achieve these first.
Then there are traps . . .The one with the white pieces
have more traps
in their disposal.
If you haven't noticed yet,
lines created by white
are more likely to have
more traps than black.
This is because
of tempo . .
White moves first
before black, meaning
more opportunities
for traps
since the
pieces are
more active.
If you are
looking for fun
with traps,
then white is for you.
Lastly, white is better
for aggressive plays.

Transcript:
White pieces vs. black pieces
has been a popular
debate among
chess lovers.
It is a difficult
topic indeed . .
However, I think
I have the answer
for this
exact question.
It is not as
clear and dry
as you think.
First let's talk about
the advantages of
the white pieces.
Basically why you
may want it.
First off space, the one
wielding the white
pieces are more likely to gain
more space in the opening.
Space gives more chances for attacks and tactics to flourish. If you are an aggressive player then white might be best for you.
Next are objectives,
if you are white you
are more likely to
achieve the objective
faster in the opening.
This can be pretty valuable.
Piece development, castling,
pawn pushes, etc. are some of these
objectives. If played correctly, the one with
the white pieces
will naturally achieve these first.
Then there are traps . . .The one with the white pieces
have more traps
in their disposal.
If you haven't noticed yet,
lines created by white
are more likely to have
more traps than black.
This is because
of tempo . .
White moves first
before black, meaning
more opportunities
for traps
since the
pieces are
more active.
If you are
looking for fun
with traps,
then white is for you.
Lastly, white is better
for aggressive plays.
In this video, you learn about one of the chess tricks to win fast in a chess game. This wild opening chess trap known as Blackburne Shilling Gambit is played with black pieces.
This is a very tricky trap and you can fool your opponent using this especially when you play blitz or bullet in chesscom/lichess. Play it at your own risk in chess competitions when playing classical chess.
