Morandi is a RomanianEuropop music group composed of Marius Moga and Andrei Ştefan Ropcea (Randi). The group's name derives from the first two letters of Moga's name and Ropcea's nickname, Randi, creating Morandi.
Colors is the soundtrack of the 1988 film Colors. It was released on April 26, 1988, by Warner Bros. Records and mostly consisted of hip hop music. The soundtrack found success, peaking at 31 on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold on July 12, 1988, but it is best remembered for its title track performed by Ice-T. The single wasn't a huge success on the charts, only making it to 70 on the Billboard Hot 100.
"Colours" is a song written and recorded by Britishsinger-songwriterDonovan. The "Colours" single was released in the United Kingdom on May 28, 1965 through Pye Records (Pye 7N 15866) and a few months later in the United States through Hickory Records (Hickory 45-1324). The "Colours" single was backed with "To Sing for You" (previously included on What's Bin Did and What's Bin Hid) on the United Kingdom release and "Josie" (from What's Bin Did and What's Bin Hid) on the United States release.
Release and reception
Donovan followed up the success of "Catch the Wind" with "Colours", which featured a similar folk style. The single matched the success of "Catch the Wind" in the United Kingdom, reaching No.4 on the charts. In the United States, "Colours" reached No.61 and marked a decline in the artist's popularity relative to "Catch the Wind". A different mix of the song (without harmonica) was released on his second album Fairytale.
When Epic Records was compiling Donovan's Greatest Hits, they were either unable or unwilling to secure the rights to the original recordings of "Catch the Wind" and "Colours". Donovan re-recorded both songs with a full backing band, and the re-recordings were included on the greatest hits album.
Upon release, the album received generally mixed reviews from music critics, some of whom commended Jessie's vocal performance, confidence and the production. The album was preceded by the lead single "Bang Bang", featuring Grande and Minaj, which was released on 29 July 2014 and was met with critical acclaim from music critics. It also became a worldwide hit, topping the charts in the United Kingdom, reaching the top 10 in Australia, Canada, Denmark, New Zealand, and reaching the top 3 in the United States, becoming Jessie's most successful single there. Follow-up single Masterpiece was also successful, reaching the top-ten in Germany, Switzerland and Austria as well as the top-twenty in Australia and New Zealand. Moreover, the song scored Jessie J her fifth US Billboard Hot 100 hit, following the aforementioned Bang Bang.
"Masterpiece" is a song by American singer Madonna for the soundtrack of the 2011 film W.E. The song was later included on her twelfth studio album MDNA (2012). It served official radio release in the United Kingdom on April 2, 2012, to promote the album. Madonna composed the song alongside Julie Frost and Jimmy Harry, and produced it with William Orbit. "Masterpiece" is a midtempo popballad which is reminiscent of her works from the 1990s. The song garnered positive reviews from contemporary critics, who praised its lyrical content and Madonna's vocal performance.
"Masterpiece" won the Best Original Song category at the 69th Golden Globe Awards, but was deemed ineligible for the similar category at the 84th Academy Awards. Its Golden Globe nomination sparked a red carpet rivalry between Madonna and singer Elton John. "Masterpiece" peaked at number one in Russia, while reaching the lower regions of the charts in the Czech Republic, Japan, South Korea and the United Kingdom. It was performed by Madonna on The MDNA Tour (2012), where she was accompanied by Basque musiciansKalakan trio. The performance was considered a highlight of the tour.
Masterpiece is a board game by Parker Brothers, now a brand of Hasbro. Players participate in auctions for famous works of art. It was originally published in 1970 by Parker Brothers, and then published again in 1976 and 1996. The game is now out-of-print. In this game, players compete with other players to bid on potentially valuable paintings, and negotiate with other players to trade these works of art, build a portfolio, amass money, and win the game. The top value of a painting in the 1970 edition is $1 million, and $10 million in the 1996 edition; however, getting the full value for the painting requires some luck in landing on the right square on the board to sell a painting to the bank.
The game utilizes bluffing skills because the players possess asymmetrical information about the value of the paintings they possess. Some pictures are known to their owners to be 'forgeries' with an actual value of zero. These 'forgeries' can, however, be resold to other players or to the bank with the value hidden.
Conflict is an album by saxophonist Jimmy Woods' Sextet featuring Elvin Jones, which was recorded in 1963 and released on the Contemporary label.
Reception
AllMusic awarded the album 4 stars with a review by Scott Yanow stating: "While all of the soloists are impressive and Jones' powerful drumming fuels the horn players, the leader's adventurous alto sax is not to be missed".

Yellow is the colour of my true love's hair,

Colours - Donovan (Chris Brain & Zoe Cure)
It certainly feels like the right time of year to play this song. I'm joined by Zoe Cure a dear friend of mine whom is a wonderful singer and musician.
We have got the mellow blues in the sky, the sparkling greens in the dancing grass and vibrant yellow in the rapeseed. Fitting for such a song ey?
I hope you enjoyed listening to the song, feel free to subscribe and leave a comment if you have anything to say or want to watch more videos. It would be nice to hear from you
