Sir Robert Heath (1575–1649) was an English judge and politician who was also a member of the English House of Commons from 1621 to 1625. Sir Robert Heath was granted charter over the lands between latitudes 31° and 36° north, from the Atlantic to the Pacific Oceans. Heath's patent required he plant a colony that was never fully realized.
Concrete Cowboys is a 1979 American TV Movie directed by Burt Kennedy and starring Jerry Reed and Tom Selleck. It was also a short-lived 1981 TV series with Jerry Reed reprising his role as J.D. Reed and Geoffrey Scott taking over Tom Selleck's role as Will Eubanks.
The film is also known as Highway Action (in Finland), Nashville detective (in Italy) and Ramblin' Man, the latter under which it was released on video by a few companies, including Edde Entertainment.

how to mix the perfect mortar for your next construction project
To mix the perfect mortar, you will need the following ingredients:
Portland cement
Sand
Water
Instructions:
In a large mixing container, mix together the sand and cement in a ratio of 3 parts sand to 1 part cement.
Slowly add water to the mixture while stirring continuously until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
The consistency should be thick enough to hold its shape but not so thin that it runs. The exact amount of water needed will vary depending on the type of cement used and the desired consistency of the mortar.

just in the past two years spec mix, which is used for blocks, brick and masonry, has gone up 50 to 100%. it use to be $5 a bag and now can range from $7.50 to $11, its crazy. horrible government policies lol
