Uma explosão de sabores asiáticos em um único prato! O picadinho de carne de porco com legumes ao curry é uma opção perfeita para quem busca uma refeição nutritiva, saborosa e fácil de preparar. A combinação da carne macia, legumes coloridos e o aroma intenso do curry resulta em um prato irresistível.
Ingredientes:
500g de carne de porco magra cortada em cubos
2 batatas grandes cortadas em cubos
2 cenouras grandes cortadas em rodelas
1 cebola grande picada
2 dentes de alho picados
2 colheres de sopa de óleo vegetal
1 colher de sopa de curry (ajuste a quantidade de acordo com o seu gosto)
1 colher de chá de cominho em pó
1/2 colher de chá de coentro em pó
Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto
1 xícara de água
Coentros frescos picados para decorar (opcional)
Modo de preparo:
Em uma tigela, coloque a carne de porco em cubos e tempere com sal, pimenta do reino, cominho e coentro em pó. Misture bem para envolver todos os pedaços.
Aqueça o óleo em uma panela grande em fogo médio. Adicione a carne temperada e refogue até dourar por todos os lados.
Adicione os legumes: Adicione a cebola e o alho picados à panela e refogue por mais 2 minutos, ou até a cebola ficar translúcida. Em seguida, acrescente as batatas e as cenouras cortadas.
Cozinhe os legumes por alguns minutos, mexendo ocasionalmente, até começarem a amolecer.
Adicione o curry e a água: Adicione a pasta de curry à panela e misture bem para incorporar todos os sabores. Em seguida, acrescente a água e tampe a panela.
Cozinhe em fogo baixo por cerca de 20-25 minutos, ou até a carne ficar macia e os legumes cozidos. Verifique o tempero e ajuste o sal e a pimenta se necessário.
Sirva: Retire do fogo e sirva o picadinho de carne de porco com legumes ainda quente, decorado com coentro fresco picado.
