The HP Smart Tank 7001 is one of their latest Smart Tank printers. A basic all in one color printer designed for small office or home offices with low to medium print volume.
The HP Smart Tank 7001 is an improvement over other HP smart tank printers. The Smart Tank 551 was slower, lacked auto duplex, and had a low duty cycle compared with other supertank printers.
The HP Smart Tank 7001 gets a bit more speed, auto duplex, and much larger duty cycle. HP’s printing apps remain the same but they’re pretty good for what they do.
Similarly featured and priced supertank printers from Canon, Epson, and Brother will be compared in this review.
While traditional cartridge based inkjet printers may be considered along with the 7001. Supertank printers have a huge advantage with operating costs that they will be the main focus of this review.
Why someone would want this supertank printer is because they are looking for a basic, easy to use color printer that is inexpensive to operate. Security may be a concern. Low impact on the environment would also be a plus.
If you’re looking for a way to save on printing costs, a supertank printer is a great solution. The newer generation of supertanks have more features and higher paper capacity than previous generations.
HP decided to include built in security features found on higher end laser printers with this inkjet. Something rare for any inkjet printer and appealing to many businesses.
The HP Smart Tank 7001 is made from over 25% recycled plastic. Office equipment in general has been going green for a long time. Recycling plastic for smaller printers is a good move.

Elasmobranch top predators are paramount to maintenance of marine ecosystem health, yet their recent depletions, slow life history characteristics and often widespread dispersal mark them as especially vulnerable yet difficult to protect globally. Although a species capable of long distance dispersal the natal philopatry exhibited by female white sharks (Carcharodon carcharias) further increases their vulnerability, making estimates of current population sizes and connectivity highly relevant to conservation management and protective legislation. However, knowledge of white shark population dynamics remains limited. Advances in molecular genetics and genomic analysis provide tools for objective indirect assessments of population connectivity, substructuring and dispersal. We illustrate the utility of conventional population genetic markers to conservation efforts by two studies, firstly of Mediterranean nursery stocks, which show little mitochondrial diversity and close ancestral affiliations with Pacific rather than geographically adjacent Atlantic populations. The second, by population genetic analysis of the largest widespread sample panel so far assembled, which currently affords the most highly resolved view of white shark population structure. This global phylogeographic study confirms the presence of matrilineal clades among oceans supporting the hypothesis of female philopatry and biparentally mediated gene flow. However, useful as conventional markers have been the characteristically low genetic diversity and slow evolution of sharks suggests these tools possess insufficient power to determine current population dynamics, information crucial for effective management. This has led us to employ Restriction site-Associated DNA (RAD) tag analysis of the white shark to identify highly resolving SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms) of contemporary and historical samples to better determine contemporary population dynamics and connectivity within and outwith critically endangered populations, addressing environmental impact on genetic diversity and ecosystem sustainability.

If you are planning to visit the city of L’Aquila, in Abruzzo - Italy, here you’ll find the best tips on things to do in the town, following a tour between the most relevant points of interest to enjoy, so you can easily imagine and organize your trip: WHAT to see, HOW to plan your visit, and WHY to discover L’Aquila!
In this video:
- WHAT are the major attractions that you can't go home without having seen, including Basilica of Collemaggio, The Spanish Fort, Piazza Duomo, The Basilica of San Bernardino, The Fontana delle 99 Cannelle and Fontana Luminosa, Villa Comunale and Palazzo dell’Emiciclo, L'Aquila's porticoes, the green spaces and attractions around L’Aquila. Without forgetting food tips!
- Then, I’ll describe to you HOW to follow a two-day tour to better visit the city, with tips for nearby attractions.
- Finally, we’ll discover WHY to visit L’Aquila city, with its rich history.
L’Aquila is the capital Abruzzo region, in Italy, 100 km from Rome, and dates back to the twelfth century.
L’Aquila is the city where I grew up and I always loved the beauty of its historical center, full of monumental churches, fascinating squares, extended porticoes, all surrounded by mountains!
This city can offer a unique journey through history, traditions, and nature.
So, what are ten possible attractions that I would show to a foreign friend who comes to visit me?
WHAT
1/10: I would start from the Basilica of Collemaggio, the symbol of the city of L'Aquila, and one of the most visited tourist destinations of Abruzzo. Built in 1288, according to the legends here Pope Celestino V was crowned in 1294. On the left side of the church there is the Holy Door: for believers, crossing this door gives the remission of sins.
2/10: The Spanish Fort was built on the highest point of the city in 1534. The Fort has four massive bastions at the corners, and at the entrance, characterized by the precious stone portal, where you can see the double-headed eagle belonged to Charles V.
3/10: Piazza Duomo is the historic meeting place for the people of L'Aquila. Here you can visit the Cathedral of Saints Massimo and Giorgio, the Church of the Holy Souls, and the pair of old fountains of 1300. In Piazza Duomo there are bars, ice cream parlors, and the tourist information office.
4/10: The Basilica of San Bernardino is located in a panoramic position on the top of the steps of via Forte Braccio. The Basilica is characterized by the high Renaissance facade, built by Cola dell'Amatrice in 1525, and inside you can appreciate the majestic wooden ceiling decorated with gold.
5/10: The Fontana delle 99 Cannelle was built in 1274 in the lower area of the city, near the Aterno river. The plant of the fountain is trapezoidal in shape, an architecture of great impact. The name derives from the number of jets of water that start from stone masks, all different from each other. Try counting them up to 99, which is a symbolic and mysterious number in L'Aquila culture.
6/10: Fontana Luminosa stands at the beginning of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the ideal gateway to the city center, with the Gran Sasso as a background. The two bronze female bodies support the typical Abruzzo basin from which the jets of water flows. Its name is due to the play of light and colors during the night.
7/10: Behind the Villa Comunale there is the complex of Palazzo dell'Emiciclo, built in 1888, now the seat of the Abruzzo Regional Council. It has a rich Ionic portico in a semicircular shape and hosts concerts and events.
8/10: Crossing L'Aquila's porticoes: L'Aquila's porticoes are an authentic piece of the city's past. They cross Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main street of the historic center, full of admirable buildings, and reach Piazza Duomo.
9/10: Walking in the green: L'Aquila is a center of art and culture, but look around and behind art and culture: you’ll notice Gran Sasso and so many other mountains. The Castle’s park is an example of a place where you can take a relaxing walk, have an aperitif or stop and read a book. Another green and scenic area just outside the walls is Parco del Sole, close to Collemaggio Basilica.
10/10: Attractions around: if you visit L’Aquila do not miss the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking views visiting Gran Sasso, the highest mountain massif of central Italy and the set of several western films by Sergio Leone. And visit also the panoramic castle of Rocca Calascio, the set of the film The name of the rose, with the actor Sean Connery.
FOOD TIPS
And about food and accommodation, read the video’s description to get some tips, and taste the “Arrosticini”, skewers made with the meat of castrated sheep, and the classic “maccheroni alla chitarra”.

Food tip: Locanda da Mario, Piazza S. Biagio, 4, L'Aquila; 340 559 0545

Did you know that Corfinio was the first capital of Italy?
Corfinio is a stunningly beautiful town located in the province of L’Aquila in Abruzzo, Italy. A visit to the historic town of Corfinio is well worth it and we hope this short film will entice you to visit when you are next in Abruzzo. We hope you enjoy walking round this picturesque town with us, through its many old streets and passageways, spotting signs of its historic past and visible wealth. The architecture of Corfinio is stunning and, if you look closely at some of the walls of the buildings you will see many hidden surprises! The village square even has the plan of its ancient amphitheatre marked out which you will spot. The surrounding Abruzzo countryside was also so beautiful so we also went for a short walk.
If you are looking to move to Abruzzo or elsewhere in Italy, then for all the services (realtors, legal, finance, etc.), you require to help you, from finding your dream home to living la dolce vita, check out our pinned comment.

Places to see in ( L'Aquila - Italy )
L'Aquila is a city and comune in Southern Italy, both the capital city of the Abruzzo region and of the Province of L'Aquila. As of 2013, it has a population of 70,967 inhabitants. Laid out within medieval walls on a hill in the wide valley of the Aterno river, it is surrounded by the Apennine Mountains, with the Gran Sasso d'Italia to the north-east.
L'Aquila sits upon a hillside in the middle of a narrow valley; tall snow-capped mountains of the Gran Sasso massif flank the town. A maze of narrow streets, lined with Baroque and Renaissance buildings and churches, open onto elegant piazzas. Home to the University of L'Aquila, it is a lively college town and, as such, has many cultural institutions: a repertory theatre, a symphony orchestra, a fine-arts academy, a state conservatory, a film institute. There are several ski resorts in the surrounding province (Campo Imperatore, Ovindoli, Pescasseroli, Roccaraso, Scanno).
Close to the highest of the Apennine summits, L'Aquila is positioned at an elevation of 721 metres (2,365 ft) in the Valley of the Aterno-Pescara, situated between four mountain peaks above 2,000 metres (6,600 ft). The mountains block the city off from warm humid air currents from the Mediterranean, and give rise to a climate that is cool in comparison to most of central Italy, and dry. It has been said that the city enjoys each year 11 cold months and one cool one. L'Aquila is approximately 100 kilometres (62 mi) east-northeast of Rome, with which it is connected by an autostrada through the mountains.
This period of freedom and prosperity ended in the 16th century, when Spanish viceroy Philibert van Oranje partially destroyed L'Aquila and established Spanish feudalism in its countryside. The city, separated from its roots, never developed again. Ancient privileges were revoked. L'Aquila was again destroyed by an earthquake in 1703. Successive earthquakes have repeatedly damaged the city's large cathedral, and destroyed the original dome of the Basilica of San Bernardino, designed along the lines of the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence. The city was also sacked two times by French troops in 1799.
L'Aquila Cathedral main church dedicated to Saint Maximus of Aveia (San Massimo), was built in the 13th century, but razed after the 1703 earthquake. Basilica of San Bernardino (1472): church has a fine Renaissance façade by Nicolò Filotesio (commonly called Cola dell'Amatrice).
Santa Maria di Collemaggio church just outside the town, has a very fine, but simple, Romanesque façade (1270–1280) in red and white marble, with three decorated portals and a rose-window above each. Santa Giusta Romanesque façade with Gothic rose window. San Silvestro: 14th-century Romanesque façade with Gothic rose window
Spanish fort (Forte Spagnolo) massive castle in the highest part of the town, erected in 1534 by the Spanish viceroy Don Pedro de Toledo. In 2016, home to the National Museum of Abruzzo.
Fontana Luminosa ("Luminous Fountain"): a 1930s sculpture of two women bearing large jars. Fontana delle novantanove cannelle (1272): a fountain with ninety-nine jets distributed along three walls. The source of the fountain is still unknown.
L'Aquila cemetery includes grave of Karl Heinrich Ulrichs, 19th‑century German gay rights pioneer who lived in L'Aquila; every year, gay people from all over the world meet at the cemetery to honour his memory. Roman ruins of Amiternum: ruins of an Ancient Roman city. Rocca Calascio: castle used in the 1980s as the location for the movie Ladyhawke

Speriamo che il video vi piaccia. Per favore, iscriviti al nostro canale se non l'hai già fatto; significa molto per noi. Grazie! ♥️

City in Italy
L'Aquila is a city and comune in Central Italy, both the capital city of the Abruzzo region and of the Province of L'Aquila.
Close to the highest of the Apennine summits, L'Aquila is positioned at an elevation of 721 meters (2,365 ft) in the Valley of the Aterno-Pescara, situated between four mountain peaks above 2,000 meters (6,600 ft). The mountains block the city off from warm humid air currents from the Mediterranean and give rise to a climate that is cool in comparison to most of central Italy, and dry. It has been said that the city enjoys each year 11 cold months and one cool one.

L'Aquila, a town that's so close to the sky and surrounded by mountains. L'Aquila is a fun Italian town. Totally underrated, it is located in the central Italian Apennine mountains, in the Abruzzo region, but very close the Lazio region, where Rome, the capital, is. You must visit this town while in Italy, but especially if you are staying in Rome. There are many fun activities in the area. You may want to know:
What is L'Aquila like?
What is the nightlife in L'Aquila like?
Where to go for skiing near Rome?
Where is Arrosticini from?
What is the Abruzzo region in Italy like?
Where to go hiking near Rome?
Things to do in L'Aquila, and L'Aquila travel guide are all covered here. The Spanish fort, restaurants in town, San Bernardino church, piazza duomo, Fontana delle 99 Cannelle, and more. Plus, a visit to Campo Felice and the possibility of seeing snow and other winter related activities, like snowboarding. All such queries and questions are answered in the video.
You must know that only 13 years ago, in 2009, L’Aquila was devastated by an earthquake, a relatively recent event and one of many shortcomings in these parts of Italy. Although signs of destruction are still visible, the people and the city itself seem very committed to pushing forward and making L’Aquila as vibrant as ever. Being a University town, there is also an interesting nightlife.
If you plan on moving or visiting Italy, you should watch this video. Living in Italy as a foreigner is a journey. Moving to Italy was a whole new experience for me. The many hidden gems and secrets, besides the food and the fabulous weather make Italy and its famous cities like Florence, Venice, Milan, Turin, Naples, Palermo, Catania, Bari, Lecce, Matera, Cagliari, Rimini, Siena, Bolgheri, Pisa, Parma, Salerno, Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Scalea, Tropea, Otranto and others, as well as the Rome surrounding towns, to be as attractive as ever. I am a Kenyan and an African living in Italy, which has its pros and cons, or advantages and disadvantages.
Topics covered here are related to travel in Italy, regions of Italy and major towns in Italy as well as small lesser known but charming Italian towns. You will find information about the main sites to see and visit, accommodation, breakfast options, local foods and dishes like arrosticini di pecora, agnelo all’aquilana, stoccafisso all'abruzzese and more.
Watch this video to know what to look for in terms of a better experience and what mistakes to avoid. This helpful for travelers coming from any other non-EU countries, like Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, Ghana, Gambia, Nigeria, Egypt, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Cameroon, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Malawi,
Angola, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia, Iran, Iraq, India, Nepal, Myanmar, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan,
