Brown's work has been featured in numerous newspapers, magazines and television shows.
In 2001, Brown appeared on HGTV's House Hunters, which followed the search for his first house. He later appeared on HGTV's Designer's Challenge, winning 5 out of the 6 times he appeared. In 2004, Brown was featured in his own interior design show, called reDesign. As of 2007, he had completed 52 episodes. In August 2008, he completed filming of a new show for TLC, Over Design.
Kenneth Lee Brown (June 15, 1933 – November 3, 2010) was an Americanacademic credited with pioneering and heading the first undergraduatepeace studies program in the United States. Brown chaired the Peace Studies Institute and Program in Conflict Resolution at Manchester College in Indiana from 1980 until 2005. Brown received the 2005 lifetime Achievement Award from the Peace and Justice Studies Association*. The peace studies major, the first of its field in the United States, had originally been established in 1948. Brown was also an ordained minister within the Church of the Brethren.
Brown retired in 2006, but continued to teach as a professor emeritus. A resident of North Manchester, Indiana, Brown died of vasculitis on November 3, 2010, at the age of 77. He was survived by his wife, Viona, and three children.
Brown's sermons, speeches, papers, pamphlets, letters, reflections, and satirical pieces have been made available to the public in the PALNI Digital Library Collections

Documents from 1956, when Brown was a student at Bethany Theological Seminary to 2008, when he spoke at a reception celebrating the sixtieth anniversary of peace studies at Manchester College (now: Manchester University) are included in the collection.
"I remember thinking, 'Gee, they just go home and get better,' ... But the human model is they do a lot better with rehabilitation therapy. So that's the direction we're going."
"Because of where the discs rupture in these little dogs and because of the length of the spinal cord in dogs, they tend to put direct pressure either on the spinal cord in the back or the neck. They're not just painful nerve pressures, they're actually paralyzing injuries."
"Things have progressed well in the last two years, which makes us feel good."
"We wouldn't let them get the ball inside, that was the game plan. They got hot from outside there in the fourth."
"It was time for a change. Women are better able to resolve problems and are less prone to violence."
"This protects students' privacy rights as well as professors."
All of these mount escapes are based on one essential movement, and my success rates with them has been extraordinarily high.

A Sleeve Drag Attack Series for Closed Guard That Will Make Your Offense More Vicious
This is another closed guard sequence. The purpose behind sharing it is to demonstrate the difference between branches (different options in a situation) and progressions (additional attacks in response to counter).
The more progressions that exist in a sequence the stronger it will be.
(Also a note, the arm pull back response generally only occurs after the sleeve drag has been initiated not before.)
