During my nighttime routine, I moved my body in new ways with my caregiver. I love when spontaneous connections happen, and last night we connected on an energetic level that I felt all throughout my body. It allowed me to move my legs in new ways. I had light shooting through me.

Dr Joe Dispenza Marco Island '23 - Finding My Power
I have been very blessed to attend 5 Dr Joe Dispenza events over the last year and a half. I’m getting ready to go to my 6th in San Diego at the end of March ‘24. Every event has been special in its own way. Marco Island last September was beyond special… It was magnificently magical.
This video is a “snippet” of some of the highlights. There are no words, or pictures, that can capture the depth of how much I grew in Marco Island. I connected deeply with Source and felt the frequency of healing flow through me. I have healed in so many ways since starting Dr Joe‘s work in 2019. My physical body is catching up with the emotional and spiritual shift I have created through this work.

Love is the change needed in the world!
During a breathWork session with my friend, Kristi Locks, I felt the love needed to change the world. We were focusing on the Israeli/Palestinian conflict, and sending love to the Middle East. This made me think of Jesus and the 12 apostles. I had wonderful clarity as I stayed away from dark emotions and focused on light. I wondered what it would be like to have an apostle’s heart. To carry the load of changing the world with ideas going against the main stream. That’s what Jesus was here to do. And it’s still happening 2000 years later.
We are the change that is needed in the world. This Breathwork session showed me clarity that the love I have in my heart is the change I can make in the world.

A big change in Marco Island this time is that at I was not a Healee like I had been in the past events. At first, I was discouraged about this, then I realized it was all for a reason. Dr Joe tells us that both healEES And healERS receive the benefits during our coherence healings. It was time for me to step into this and believe it fully!! So I shared my power to heal with the very deserving men and women in front of me. And I most definitely received a beautiful benefit. I had energy flowing through me in ways that I didn’t when I was a HealEE. I realized the healing is within me already. It will not be given to me by anybody else or anything. I am source. I am the creator! Realizing this is a big part of the healing process.
I also learned more about Love. Love for myself. Love for source. Love for others.
I want to thank my dear Dr Joe friend, LaLa Deaton, for creating this beautiful song and letting me edit to it. I am so grateful to be on this journey with you, LaLa!!
I am also grateful for this work, and the support of this beautiful community!! I know the human body is designed to heal and I will never stop stepping into my true power.

In 2005, Jim Fairchild began working with Modest Mouse, a band he’d come to know while on tour with his own band, Grandaddy. Jim Fairchild is a long-time Fender fan and still tours with the first good Strat he ever owned. This ’95 Strat boasts a matching headstock along with Lollar Vintage Blackface pickups. (He carries a 2013 American Standard Strat with the same Lollar pickups as a backup.)
To get a beefy humbucker tone, Fairchild plays his Epiphone Sheraton loaded with Seth Lover pickups.
