This is a Paralympic cycling classification. In 2008, BBC Sport defined this classification was "HCC: For athletes with complete loss of lower limb function but few other functional disabilities, or for athletes with partial loss of lower limb function combined with other disabilities which mean conventional cycling is not viable" In 2008, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation defined this classification was "Handcycling (HC): Cyclists in handcycling race on bikes with two big wheels at either end— they sit in the middle and use a hand pump rather than pedals to propel themselves forward. These competitors usually require a wheelchair for mobility or are unable to use normal bikes or tricycles because of severe lower limb disability." The Australian Paralympic Education Program defined this classification in 2012 as: "For athletes with complete loss of lower limb function but few other functional disabilities, or for athletes with partial loss of lower limb function combined with other disabilities which mean conventional cycling is not viable"
Chloromethane, also called methyl chloride, Refrigerant-40, R-40 or HCC 40, is a chemical compound of the group of organic compounds called haloalkanes. It was once widely used as a refrigerant. It is a colorless extremely flammable gas with a mildly sweet odor, which is, however, detected at possibly toxic levels. Due to concerns about its toxicity, it is no longer present in consumer products.
Chloromethane was first synthesized by the French chemists Jean-Baptiste Dumas and Eugene Peligot in 1835 by boiling a mixture of methanol, sulfuric acid, and sodium chloride. This method is similar to that used today.
Occurrence
Chloromethane is the most abundant organohalogen, anthropogenic or natural, in the atmosphere.
Marine
Laboratory cultures of marine phytoplankton (Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Phaeocystis sp., Thalassiosira weissflogii, Chaetoceros calcitrans, Isochrysis sp., Porphyridium sp., Synechococcus sp., Tetraselmis sp., Prorocentrum sp., and Emiliana huxleyi) produce CH3Cl, but in relatively insignificant amounts. An extensive study of 30 species of polar macroalgae revealed the release of
significant amounts of CH3Cl in only Gigartina skottsbergii and Gymnogongrus antarcticus.
Reactive airway disease is a group of conditions that include reversible airway narrowing due to an external stimulation. These conditions generally result in wheezing.
The term sometimes is misused as a synonym for asthma. Current medical use of the term reactive airway disease is used in pediatrics to describe an asthma-like syndrome in infants, that may later be confirmed to be asthmatics when they become old enough to participate in diagnostic tests such as the bronchial challenge test.
Reactive airways dysfunction syndrome
Reactive airways dysfunction syndrome (RADS) is a term proposed by Stuart M. Brooks and colleagues in 1985
to describe an asthma-like syndrome developing after a single exposure to high levels of an irritating vapor, fume, or smoke. It involves coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.
It can also manifest in adults with exposure to high levels of chlorine, ammonia, acetic acid or sulphur dioxide, creating symptoms like asthma. These symptoms can vary from mild to fatal, and can even create long-term airway damage depending on the amount of exposure and the concentration of chlorine. Some experts classify RADS as occupational asthma. Those with exposure to highly irritating substances should receive treatment to mitigate harmful effects.
Stereo imaging refers to the aspect of sound recording and reproduction concerning the perceived spatial locations of the sound source(s), both laterally and in depth. An image is considered to be good if the location of the performers can be clearly located; the image is considered to be poor if the location of the performers is difficult to locate. A well-made stereo recording, properly reproduced, can provide good imaging within the front quadrant; a well-made Ambisonic recording, properly reproduced, can offer good imaging all around the listener and even including height information.
For many listeners, good imaging adds markedly to the pleasure of reproduced music. One may speculate that this is due to the evolutionary importance to humans of knowing where sounds are coming from, and that imaging may therefore be more important than some purely aesthetic considerations in satisfying the listener.
The quality of the imaging arriving at the listener's ear depends on numerous factors, of which the most important is the original "miking", that is, the choice and arrangement of the recording microphones (where "choice" refers here not to the brands chosen, but to the size and shape of the microphone diaphragms, and "arrangement" refers to microphone placement and orientation relative to other microphones). This is partly because miking simply affects imaging more than any other factor, and because, if the miking spoils the imaging, nothing later in the chain can recover it.
About Primary Cancer of the Liver (Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC)
Liver cancer is the abnormal growth of cells in the liver. The most common type of liver cancer is hepatocellular carcinoma, which begins in cells called hepatocytes. Less common types include cholangiocarcinoma and angiosarcoma.

-Liver cancer is the result of abnormal changes (mutations) in the DNA of liver cells. This can be caused by liver damage (such as cirrhosis) or infection (such as hepatitis). It can also occur randomly.

hepatocellular carcinoma
The hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common liver cancer of which incidence is rising in the US. The common cause of this disease is non-alcoholic fatty liver, especially NASH (nonalcoholic steatohepatitis) as well as alcoholic liver cirrhosis.
When the cancer is liver-confined, patients can be cured by surgical resection or liver transplantation.
But when diagnosed in advanced stages, the prognosis was decimal in the past because traditional chemotherapy is not effective in this kind of cancer.
Thanks to recent advances in locoregional therapies and systemic therapy with immunotherapy drugs and multitargeted tyrosine kinase inhibitors, the survival rate has been imroving.

Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) - Screening and Doagnosis
Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) is the most common type of liver cancer. Luckily, it can be treated if caught at an early stage. Unfortunately, HCC is not pften caught early enough.
In this video, I discuss who is at risk of HCC, what the most common risk factor is for HCC (Cirrhosis), what are additional risk factors (Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C), who should be screened for Hepatocellular Carcinoma, at what age should people be screened, and how should people be screened for HCC. Additionally, I discuss when HCC screening should stop.
