My wife, Lilandra asked me to do this series, based on our first interaction--back when she was a creationist. I often say that phylogenetic taxonomy is the strongest argument for evolution. After we talked about a couple dozen clades, she was convinced, and suggested I do something similar for the public.

Hominidae Trailer
Hominidae is a VR short film that I worked on as part of the animation team through my university's Bluelight program. A program in which faculty can get funding to back a project of their choosing and allow students to assist for credits and experience. Hominidae is unique by being a film done totally in VR creating its own set of challenges we had to over come when developing it, but the results and visuals speak for themselves. Hominidae will be premiering at the Sundance film festival in 2020. Till then enjoy the trailer and find out more here - http://hominidanimation.net/history.html

My wife, Lilandra asked me to do this series, based on our first interaction--back when she was a creationist. I often say that phylogenetic taxonomy is the strongest argument for evolution. After we talked about a couple dozen clades, she was convinced, and suggested I do something similar for the public.
