"Hands to Myself" is a song recorded by American singer Selena Gomez for her second studio album, Revival (2015). The track was written by Justin Tranter, Julia Michaels, and its producers Mattman & Robin and Max Martin. It was inspired to add fresh, female perspective to the album and was influenced by the music of Prince. "Hands to Myself" is an upbeat dance-pop and synthpop song, backed by lightly clicking percussion, hand claps, a dark guitar riff and "tribal pop" synths. Gomez uses both her higher vocal register for belting, as well as her lower range breathy vocals in an octave just above a whisper. She clips her enunciation of the lyrics which detail a come-hither.
"Hands to Myself" was serviced to contemporary hit radio in the US on January 26, 2016, as the third single from Revival. Myself is the eleventh studio album of Taiwanese female singer Jolin Tsai (Chinese:蔡依林). It was released on 13 August 2010 by Warner Music Taiwan. It was the best-selling female album of 2010 in Taiwan, with 65,000 copies sold in Taiwan. The singles, "Honey Trap" (美人計), "Nothing Left to Say" (無言以對) and "Love Player" (玩愛之徒), were the 2010 Hit FM Annual Top 100 Chart number one, number twenty, and number fifty-five singles. Recording and production
Little Boots began recording her debut album in Los Angeles with Greg Kurstin and Hot Chip's Joe Goddard in early 2008. While in Los Angeles, she spent two days recording with RedOne. She initially found working with RedOne intimidating because their collaboration was expected to produce a hit song. Following the BBC Sound of 2009 poll, which Little Boots won, her record label, management and A&R team scheduled recording sessions with Dr. Luke. These sessions, however, never took place. In January 2009, Little Boots began to compile the album's track listing, a difficult process for the singer, who compared it to "cutting a limb off".

The band released one extended play, The Everlasting, independently in 2007. Their first studio album, The Sounds of Earth, was released by Oort Records in 2009. They signed with Facedown Records, where they released, Creator, a studio album, in 2009. The third studio album, Give Me Rest, was released in 2011 by Facedown Records.
