Maafe (var. mafé, maffé, maffe, sauce d'arachide (French), tigadèguèna or tigadenena (Bamana; literally 'peanut butter sauce'), or groundnut stew, is a stew or sauce (depending on water content) common to much of West Africa. It originates from the Mandinka and Bambara people of Mali. Variants of the dish appear in the cuisine of nations throughout West Africa and Central Africa.
Recipes
Made from lamb, beef, chicken, or without meat, maafe is cooked with a sauce based on groundnuts, especially peanut butter/paste, and tomatoes.
Transcription factor Maf also known as proto-oncogene c-Maf or V-maf musculoaponeurotic fibrosarcoma oncogene homolog is a transcription factor that in humans is encoded by the MAFgene.

Today I'm going share what I did WRONG Training using the Maffetone method and I don't want it to happen to you.
What is the Maffetone Method? Well, it's Heart Rate Training (a.k.a. MAF Training) and its really all about keeping your heart rate low (zone 2) while running to make sure that you are developing your aerobic system, the ability to burn more fat for fuel and to stay injury-free. Today I'm going share what I did WRONG Training using the Maffetone method and I don't want it to happen to you.
What is the Maffetone Method? Well, it's Heart Rate Training (a.k.a. MAF Training) and its really all about keeping your heart rate low (zone 2) while running to make sure that you are developing your aerobic system, the ability to burn more fat for fuel and to stay injury-free. MAF stands for maximum aerobic function.
There are lots of Benefits Of Aerobic Base Training For Distance Runners.
Aerobic base training is easily the most important part of every endurance athlete’s training plan. Apart from improving the overall level of fitness, it also prepares the body to tolerate more workload later in the season.
For distance runners in particular this period is a perfect opportunity to gradually increase the total duration of your runs and overall weekly mileage.
