Special Needs is a dark comedy/satire about three reality TV producers creating show about people with physical and mental disabilities. The film was written, produced, and directed by Isaak James, who also starred.
Critical Reaction
DVD Talk rated it "highly recommended", calling it "an instant candidate for independent comedy of the year ". Variety called it "a rip-roaring good time" that succeeded with a subject that could have been disastrous. Blogcritics found it "tastelessly hilarious". French site Horreur.com was a bit more measured in its praise, suggesting a mixture of laughter and gritting of teeth as an appropriate reaction but awarded a rating of 5/6.
Release
It was an official selection at the Calgary International Film Festival and Westwood International Film Festival. It was released on DVD by Troma.
A student or pupil is a learner, or someone who attends an educational institution. In Britain until about 2012, underage schoolchildren were always referred to as "pupils", while those attending university are termed "students". In the USA, and more recently also in Britain, the term "student" is applied to both categories, no doubt due to US influence. In its widest use, student is used for anyone who is learning, including mid-career adults who are taking vocational education or returning to university, or younger 'researchers or artists learning from a more experienced (and usually older) colleague and mentor.

William Sealy Gosset (13 June 1876 – 16 October 1937) was an English statistician. He published under the pen name Student, and developed the Student's t-distribution.
As an employee of Guinness, a progressive agro-chemical business, Gosset applied his statistical knowledge – both in the brewery and on the farm – to the selection of the best yielding varieties of barley. Gosset acquired that knowledge by study, by trial and error, and by spending two terms in 1906–1907 in the biometrical laboratory of Karl Pearson. Gosset and Pearson had a good relationship. Pearson helped Gosset with the mathematics of his papers, including the 1908 papers, but had little appreciation of their importance. The papers addressed the brewer's concern with small samples; biometricians like Pearson, on the other hand, typically had hundreds of observations and saw no urgency in developing small-sample methods.
Like its sister college, Trinity College, Cambridge, it was traditionally considered the most aristocratic college of its university. It is the second wealthiest Oxford college by financial endowment (after St John's) with an endowment of £371.5m as of 2014.
An architectural firm or architecture firm is a company which employs one or more licensedarchitects and practices the profession of architecture.
History
Architects (master builders) have existed since early in recorded history. The earliest recorded architects include Imhotep (c. 2600 BCE) and Senemut (c. 1470 BCE). No writings exist to describe how these architects performed their work. However, as nobles it is reasonable to assume they had staffs of assistants and retainers to help refine and implement their work. The oldest surviving book on architecture, De architectura by the Roman architectVitruvius describes the design and construction of towns, buildings, clocks, and machines, but provides no information about the organization of the architect's assistants. It is generally accepted that throughout most of human history, most architects were wealthy individuals who derived their primary income from activities other than design and who practiced design as a part-time pursuit, employing assistants on a project-by-project basis.
Police said charges will be filed.

A news conference was held Wednesday morning concerning allegations of abuse against a former Fresno Unified principal.
The Fresno Unified School District and the Fresno Police Department held the news conference at 8:30 a.m. at the FUSD Education Center in downtown Fresno.
FUSD Superintendent Bob Nelson, Fresno Police Chief Paco Balderrama, and Board of Education Trustees provided more information regarding an altercation between the former principal and a student.
Superintendent Nelson showed the video where the student can be seen arguing with Principal Brian Vollhardt at Wolters Elementary School.
The student is seen repeatedly sticking his finger in Principal Vollhardt's face and steps right up to him where he appears to make contact. That's when Principal Vollhardt shoved the student to the ground.
Nelson said Vollhardt reported the incident and he resigned when an investigation was launched.
The incident happened on the morning of June 7th.It was reported to the Fresno Police Department on June 9th and entered into the system with the video on June 13th.
The former principal was then hired at Tranquility High School. The Golden Plains School District claims they were unaware of the charges filed against Volhardt.
They say they learned about the incident Wednesday night and saw the video during the press conference on Thursday.
Volhardt is now on Administrative Leave as the investigation continues.
"Golden Plains Unified School District is deeply committed to the safety and well-being of our students. It is the sole intention of the district to comply with active district policies and procedures as well as state law. We will be working closely with our legal counsel, as more information is available," says Superintendent Martin Macias.
Chief Balderrama said he just learned about the incident Tuesday afternoon. "I had access to the video which was very disappointing —it was shocking to me," said Balderrama.
The chief said the case was turned over to the Fresno County District Attorney's Office on Tuesday and a charge of wilful cruelty to a minor was accepted by the district attorney.

"A Fresno elementary school principal was charged with child abuse and endangerment after it was revealed he pushed an 11-year-old special needs student to the floor.
Newly released footage from Wolters Elementary School shows the moment Brian Vollhardt, who resigned during a summer police investigation, forcibly pushed the boy with autism on June 7.
The video shows the boy pointing to Vollhardt and talking to him in the school cafeteria, along with two other staff members.
As the boy appears to be leaving with the staff, he returns and points one more time at Vollhardt before the director suddenly thrusts the boy in the chest, sending the 11-year-old flying out of sight."
