The story of Little Red Riding Hood In English Talking Before Sleep For Kids
The story of Little Red Riding Hood In English Talking Before Sleep For Kids
Little Red Riding Hood, or Little Red Ridinghood, also known as Little Red Cap or simply Red Riding Hood, is a European fairy tale about a young girl and a Big Bad Wolf.[1] The story has been changed considerably in its history and subject to numerous modern adaptations and readings.
The story revolves around a girl called Little Red Riding Hood, after the red hooded cape/cloak (in Perrault's fairytale) or simple cap (in the Grimms' version called Little Red-Cap) she wears. The girl walks through the woods to deliver food to her sickly grandmother (wine and cake depending on the translation). In the Grimms' version at least, she had the order from her mother to stay strictly on the path.

THE LITTLE MERMAID - PLOT :
The Little Mermaid dwells in an underwater kingdom with her father (the sea king or mer-king), her dowager grandmother, and her five older sisters, each of whom had been born one year apart. When a mermaid turns 15, she is permitted to swim to the surface for the first time to glimpse the world above, and when the sisters become old enough, each of them visits the upper world one at a time every year. As each returns, the Little Mermaid listens longingly to their various descriptions of the world inhabited by human beings.
When the Little Mermaid's turn comes, she rises up to the surface, watches a birthday celebration being held on a ship in honor of a handsome prince, and falls in love with him from a safe distance. A violent storm hits, and the Little Mermaid saves the prince from drowning. She delivers him unconscious to the shore near a temple. Here, she waits until a young girl from the temple and her companions find him. To her dismay, the prince never sees the Little Mermaid or even realizes that it was she who had originally saved his life..................

"Sleeping Beauty", by Henry Meynell Rheam
"Sleeping Beauty" (French: La Belle au bois dormant "The Beauty Sleeping in the Wood") by Charles Perrault or "Little Briar Rose" (German: Dornröschen) by the Brothers Grimm is a classic fairy tale written by Charles Perrault and the Brothers Grimm, which involves a beautiful princess, a sleeping enchantment, and a handsome prince. The version collected by the Brothers Grimm was an orally transmitted version of the originally literary tale published by Charles Perrault in Histoires ou contes du temps passé in 1697.[1] This in turn was based on Sun, Moon, and Talia by Italian poet Giambattista Basile (published posthumously in 1634), which was in turn based on one or more folk tales. The earliest known version of the story is Perceforest, composed between 1330 and 1344 and first printed in 1528.
Perrault's narrative[edit]
Perrault’s narrative is written in 2 parts. Some folklorists believe that the two parts were originally separate tales, as they were in the Grimms', and were joined together by Basile and once more by Perrault.[2]
Part one[edit]
Sleeping Beauty is shown a spindle by the old woman. "Sleeping Beauty", by Alexander Zick (1845–1907)
At the christening of a king and queen's long-wished-for child, seven good fairies are invited to be godmothers to the infant princess. The fairies attend the banquet at the palace. Each fairy is presented with a golden plate and drinking cups adorned with jewels. Soon after, an old fairy enters the palace and is seated with a plate of fine china and a crystal drinking glass. This old fairy is overlooked because she has been within a tower for many years and everyone had believed her to be deceased. Six of the other seven fairies then offer their gifts of beauty, wit, grace, dance, song, and goodness to the infant princess. The evil fairy is very angry about having been forgotten, and as her gift, enchants the infant princess so that she will one day prick her finger on a spindle of a spinning wheel and die. The seventh fairy, who hasn't yet given her gift, attempts to reverse the evil fairy's curse. However, she can only do so partially. Instead of dying, the Princess will fall into a deep sleep for 100 years and be awakened by a kiss from a king's son.
The King orders that every spindle and spinning wheel in the kingdom to be destroyed, to try to save his daughter from the terrible curse. Fifteen or sixteen years pass and one day, when the king and queen are away, the Princess wanders through the palace rooms and comes upon an old woman, spinning with her spindle. The princess, who has never seen anyone spin before, asks the old woman if she can try the spinning wheel. The curse is fulfilled as the princess pricks her finger on the spindle and instantly falls into a deep sleep. The old woman cries for help and attempts are made to revive the princess. The king attributes this to fate and has the Princess carried to the finest room in the palace and placed upon a bed of gold and silver embroidered fabric. The king and queen kiss their daughter goodbye and depart, proclaiming the entrance to be forbidden. The good fairy who altered the evil prophecy is summoned. Having great powers of foresight, the fairy sees that the Princess will awaken to distress when she finds herself alone, so the fairy puts everyone in the castle to sleep. The fairy also summons a forest of trees, brambles and thorns that spring up around the castle, shielding it from the outside world and preventing anyone from disturbing the Princess.
A hundred years pass and a prince from another family spies the hidden castle during a hunting expedition. His attendants tell him differing stories regarding the castle until an old man recounts his father's words: within the castle lies a beautiful princess who is doomed to sleep for a hundred years until a king's son comes and awakens her. The prince then braves the tall trees, brambles and thorns which part at his approach, and enters the castle. He passes the sleeping castle folk and comes across the chamber where the Princess lies asleep on the bed. Struck by the radiant beauty before him, he falls on his knees before her. The enchantment comes to an end by a kiss and the princess awakens and converses with the prince for a long time. Meanwhile, the rest of the castle awakens and go about their business.

A mean wolf wants to eat the girl and the food in the basket. He secretly stalks her behind trees, bushes, shrubs, and patches of little and tall grass. He approaches Little Red Riding Hood and she naïvely tells him where she is going. He suggests that the girl pick some flowers; which she does. In the meantime; he goes to the grandmother's house and gains entry by pretending to be the girl. He swallows the grandmother whole (in some stories, he locks her in the closet) and waits for the girl, disguised as the grandma.
When the girl arrives, she notices that her grandmother looks very strange. Little Red then says, "What a deep voice you have!" ("The better to greet you with"), "Goodness, what big eyes you have!" ("The better to see you with"), "And what big hands you have!" ("The better to hug/grab you with"), and lastly, "What a big mouth you have" ("The better to eat you with!"), at which point the wolf jumps out of bed, and swallows her up too. Then he falls asleep. In Charles Perrault's version of the story (the first version to be published), the tale ends here.

The Little Mermaid Fairy Tales And Bedtime Story #shorts
"The Little Mermaid" (Danish: Den lille havfrue) is a fairy tale by the Danish author Hans Christian Andersen about a young mermaid willing to give up her life in the sea and her identity as a mermaid to gain a human soul.
The tale was first published in 1837 and has been adapted to various media, including musical theatre and an animated film.
This article is about the fairy tale. For the Disney film, see The Little Mermaid (1989 film). For other uses, see The Little Mermaid (disambiguation).

While taking a ski vacation, Scooby and the gang find themselves in the middle of suspicious activity in the form of a Yeti-resembling monster.
Synopsis
The gang arrives at Wolf's End Lodge, a spooky ski resort near the U.S.-Canada border, for some winter recreation. When they check-in, the lodge owner, Mr. Greenway, warns them to keep their doors and window locked, or the Snow Ghost will get them and turn them into ghosts. No sooner does he leave than the Snow Ghost itself shows up outside the window.
They follow the Snow Ghost's enormous tracks on snowmobiles and spot it on a cliff opposite. To their astonishment, it soars into the air and over their heads, gliding into the woods beyond. They track it to a cave filled with Tibetan knickknacks where an eccentric man named Fu Lan Chi who resides in the cave tells them about the snow ghost. He explains he encountered a Yeti back in Asia and as he was trying to escape across a chasm, the Yeti fell to its death. Now he fears the Yeti's ghost has followed him as the Snow Ghost.
Velma spots sawdust on the Snow Ghost's footprints and that leads them to a nearby sawmill. Upon entering, they split up as usual and Shaggy, Scooby, and Velma get separated. Velma is taken by the Snow Ghost and Shaggy falls through a trapdoor. Scooby saves Velma from a circular-saw fate and fends off the snow ghost and Velma and Scooby go propelling down a chute towards the lake at the bottom. The Snow Ghost ties some dynamite to a log and sends it down, but Velma and Scooby escape.
The gang is surprised when Shaggy appears, ghastly white. But when he falls into the water, he appears normal. Shaggy explains he fainted and woke up covered in white powder. It's revealed this is how the Snow Ghost has been doing the "turn you into a ghost" effect. The Snow Ghost makes an entrance and chases the gang. When he leaves, Daphne finds some jewelry in hollowed-out logs.
Chased by the Snow Ghost, Shaggy and Scooby flee on snowmobiles but end up frozen like icicles in the freezing waters. The rest of the gang breaks them out, and their accident gives Fred an idea. They lure the ghost by and Scooby knocks a tub of water onto him, freezing the Snow Ghost. But it backfires as always, and the Snow Ghost pops up beside Scooby, grabbing him. The Snow Ghost is about to throw Scooby off the ledge, but Scooby grabs onto the Snow Ghost's hand at the last second. Unfortunately, all Scooby can do is hang on for dear life. The Snow Ghost first tries to shake his arm free of Scooby. He then tries to pull Scooby's hand off of his hand. Then, he tries putting his foot on Scooby and pushing him off. Shaggy, knowing his friend is in trouble, flings a snowball at the Snow Ghost, resulting in the Snow Ghost and Scooby being trapped in a now-huge snowball, which rolls down after the rest of the gang as they try to flee from it before it eventually collides with them.
The gang unmasks the Snow Ghost as Mr. Greenway. He was also in cahoots with Mr. Leech, who would bring Greenway the stolen jewels in a suitcase and Mr. Greenway would hide the jewels inside hollowed logs (like what Daphne found), and float them down the lake from the sawmill across the border. Mr. Greenway devised that plan after Fu Lan Chi told him his story and he dressed up as the Snow Ghost in order to scare people away. Mr. Greenway used plastic transparent skis to fly across the sky. Scooby volunteers to give a demonstration as to how the plastic skis work. Everyone is cheering for his skiing until Scooby crashes through a tree and gets stuck. A squirrel that was living in the tree starts to get angry with him, but then settles down and starts having a laugh.

Lo-fi (also typeset as lofi or low-fi; short for low fidelity) is a music or production quality in which elements usually regarded as imperfections of a recording or performance are audible, sometimes as a deliberate aesthetic choice. The standards of sound quality (fidelity) and music production have evolved throughout the decades, meaning that some older examples of lo-fi may not have been originally recognized as such. Lo-fi began to be recognized as a style of popular music in the 1990s, when it became alternately referred to as DIY music (from "do it yourself").[1]
Harmonic distortion and "analog warmth" are sometimes misleadingly suggested as core features of lo-fi music.[2] It is characterised by the inclusion of elements normally viewed as undesirable in professional contexts, such as misplayed notes, environmental interference, or phonographic imperfections (degraded audio signals, tape hiss, and so on). Pioneering, influential, or otherwise significant artists include the Beach Boys (Smiley Smile), R. Stevie Moore (often called "the godfather of home recording"), Paul McCartney (McCartney), Todd Rundgren, Jandek, Daniel Johnston, Guided by Voices, Sebadoh, Beck, Pavement, and Ariel Pink.
Although "lo-fi" has been in the cultural lexicon for approximately as long as "high fidelity", WFMU disc jockey William Berger is usually credited with popularizing the term in 1986. At various points since the 1980s, "lo-fi" has been connected with cassette culture, the DIY ethos of punk, primitivism, outsider music, authenticity, slacker/Generation X stereotypes, and cultural nostalgia. The notion of "bedroom" musicians expanded following the rise of modern digital audio workstations, and in the late 2000s, lo-fi aesthetics served as the basis of the chillwave and hypnagogic pop music genres.[3]

The tale was first published in 1837 and has been adapted to various media, including musical theatre and an animated film.
This article is about the fairy tale. For the Disney film, see The Little Mermaid (1989 film). For other uses, see The Little Mermaid (disambiguation).
THE LITTLE MERMAID - PLOT:
The Little Mermaid dwells in an underwater kingdom with her father (the sea king or mer-king), her dowager grandmother, and her five older sisters, each of whom had been born one year apart. When a mermaid turns 15, she is permitted to swim to the surface for the first time to glimpse the world above, and when the sisters become old enough, each of them visits the upper world one at a time every year. As each returns, the Little Mermaid listens longingly to their various descriptions of the world inhabited by human beings.

Lyrics:
Today is the last day that I'm using words
They've gone out, lost their meaning
Don't function anymore
Let's, let's, let's get unconscious honey
Let's get unconscious honey
Today is the last day that I'm using words
They've gone out, lost their meaning
Don't function anymore
Traveling, leaving logic and reason
Traveling, to the arms of unconsciousness
Traveling, leaving logic and reason
Traveling, to the arms of unconsciousness
Let's get unconscious honey
Let's get unconscious
Let's get unconscious honey
Let's get unconscious
Words are useless, especically sentences
They don't stand for anything
How could they explain how I feel
Traveling, traveling, I'm traveling
Traveling, traveling, leaving logic and reason
Traveling, traveling...

UNBOXING Madonna's "Bedtime Stories" Album (CD + Cassette)
Today marks the 26th anniversary of Madonna's RnB classic "Bedtime Stories" so I'm going to feature this amazing album for this week to give a tribute! This is actually one of my favourite albums of hers that I'd recommend to any non-Madonna fans that wants to start listening to her. In this video, the CD is the US repressed version with the upside-down cover while the cassette is the Canadian pressing. Both formats have a very amazing packaging!
Bedtime Stories is the sixth studio album by American singer and songwriter Madonna, released on October 25, 1994, by Maverick and Sire Records. In order to move into a more mainstream sound, Madonna collaborated with Dallas Austin, Babyface, Dave "Jam" Hall and Nellee Hooper, wanting to soften her image following the critical and commercial bac...

Let's get unconscious
And inside we're all still wet
Longing and yearning
How can I explain how I feel?
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious
Traveling, traveling
Traveling, traveling
Traveling, traveling
In the arms of unconsciousness
And all that you've ever learned
Try to forget
I'll never explain again

Lyrics:
Today is the last day that I'm using words
They've gone out, lost their meaning
Don't function anymore
Let's
Let's
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious, honey
Today is the last day that I'm using words
They've gone out, lost their meaning
Don't function anymore
Traveling
Leaving logic and reason
Traveling
To the arms of unconsciousness
Traveling
Leaving logic and reason
Traveling
To the arms of unconsciousness
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious
Words are useless, especially sentences
They don't stand for anything
How could they explain how I feel
Traveling
I'm traveling
Leaving logic and reason
Traveling
I'm gonna relax
In the arms of unconsciousness
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious
And inside we're all still wet
Longing and yearning
How can I explain how I feel?
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious
Let's get unconscious, honey
Let's get unconscious
Traveling, traveling
Traveling, traveling
Traveling, traveling
In the arms of unconsciousness
And all that you've ever learned
Try to forget
I'll never explain again

In order to move into a more mainstream sound, Madonna collaborated with Dallas Austin, Babyface, Dave "Jam" Hall and Nellee Hooper, wanting to soften her image following the critical and commercial backlash she faced after releasing sexually explicit projects in the previous two years, notably the Erotica album and the Sex book.

This amazing body of work is 9.6 for me. I must say that Madonna successfully redeemed herself with this album (you know, with all the backlash she received with her previous Erotica album). From what I interpret from the entirety of this album, this is her unapologetic apology to the public. Also, the album cover is so iconic, in my humble opinion. Just looking at it already tells you what kind of sound anyone could expect in this record -- it's soft and vibrant. This album has no skips... although my top favourites are Survival, Secret, Don't Stop, Human Nature, Love Tried To Welcome Me, Sanctuary, Bedtime Story, and Take A Bow.

Lyrics:
Something's missing and I don't know why
I always feel the need to hide my feelings from you
Is it me or you that I'm afraid of?
I tell myself I'll show you what I'm made of
Can't bring myself to let you go
Don't want to cause you any pain
But I love you just the same
And you'll always be my baby
In my heart, I know we've come apart
And I don't know where to start
What can I do
I don't wanna feel blue
Bad girl drunk by six
Kissing someone else's lips
Smoked too many cigarettes today
I'm not happy when I act this way
Bad girl drunk by six
Kissing some kind stranger's lips
Smoked too many cigarettes today
I'm not happy
I'm not happy
Something's happened and I can't go back
I fall apart every time you hand your heart out to me
What happens now, I know I don't deserve you
I wonder how I'm ever gonna hurt you
Can't bring myself to let you go
I don't want to cause you any pain
But I love you just the same
And you'll always be my baby
In my heart I know we've come apart
And I don't know where to start
