Compact government, a type of colonial rule utilized in British North America

Compact operator, a linear operator that takes bounded subsets to relatively compact subsets, in functional analysis

Quasi-compact morphism, a morphism of schemes for which the inverse image of any quasi-compact open set is again quasi-compact
NTFS has several technical improvements over FAT and HPFS (High Performance File System), the file systems that it superseded, such as improved support for metadata, and the use of advanced data structures to improve performance, reliability, and disk space utilization, plus additional extensions, such as security access control lists (ACL) and file system journaling.
History
In the mid-1980s, Microsoft and IBM formed a joint project to create the next generation of graphical operating system. The result of the project was OS/2, but Microsoft and IBM disagreed on many important issues and eventually separated: OS/2 remained an IBM project and Microsoft worked on Windows NT.
The OS/2 file system HPFS contained several important new features. When Microsoft created their new operating system, they borrowed many of these concepts for NTFS. Probably as a result of this common ancestry, HPFS and NTFS use the same disk partition identification type code (07).
In mathematics, and more specifically in general topology, compactness is a property that generalizes the notion of a subset of Euclidean space being closed (that is, containing all its limit points) and bounded (that is, having all its points lie within some fixed distance of each other). Examples include a closed interval, a rectangle, or a finite set of points. This notion is defined for more general topological spaces than Euclidean space in various ways.
One such generalization is that a space is sequentially compact if any infinite sequence of points sampled from the space must frequently (infinitely often) get arbitrarily close to some point of the space. An equivalent definition is that every sequence of points must have an infinite subsequence that converges to some point of the space. The Heine-Borel theorem states that a subset of Euclidean space is compact in this sequential sense if and only if it is closed and bounded. Thus, if one chooses an infinite number of points in the closedunit interval[0, 1] some of those points must get arbitrarily close to some real number in that space. For instance, some of the numbers 1/2, 4/5, 1/3, 5/6, 1/4, 6/7, … accumulate to 0 (others accumulate to 1). The same set of points would not accumulate to any point of the open unit interval (0, 1); so the open unit interval is not compact. Euclidean space itself is not compact since it is not bounded. In particular, the sequence of points 0, 1, 2, 3, … has no subsequence that converges to any given real number.
Vintage, in winemaking, is the process of picking grapes and creating the finished product (see Harvest (wine)). A vintage wine is one made from grapes that were all, or primarily, grown and harvested in a single specified year. In certain wines, it can denote quality, as in Port wine, where Port houses make and declare vintage Port in their best years. From this tradition, a common, though incorrect, usage applies the term to any wine that is perceived to be particularly old or of a particularly high quality.
Most countries allow a vintage wine to include a portion of wine that is not from the year denoted on the label. In Chile and South Africa, the requirement is 75% same-year content for vintage-dated wine. In Australia, New Zealand, and the member states of the European Union, the requirement is 85%. In the United States, the requirement is 85%, unless the wine is designated with an AVA, (e.g., Napa Valley), in which case it is 95%. Technically, the 85% rule in the United States applies equally to imports, but there are obvious difficulties in enforcing the regulation.

Sorry for the video angle; i suggest to listen the audio with a pair of headphones or good speakers.
Forgive my way of playing, i don't have any technique;)

The first recording with the Farfisa Combo Compact organ – 'Wooly Bully' (1964).
'Wooly Bully' is a song originally recorded by rock 'n' roll band Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs in 1964. It was the band's first and biggest hit. It was released as a single on the small Memphis-based XL label in 1964 and was picked up in 1965 by MGM. It became a worldwide success, selling three million copies and reaching No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on 5 June 1965.

Farfisa Compact Duo with Echorec : That 60's Pink Floyd Sound.
This piece is now available, remastered and slightly remixed for a great headphones experience on Bandcamp.

This is the 60's / early 70's Pink Floyd sound.
Rick Wright, Dave Gilmour and Roger Waters all used the Binson Echorec 2 Delay unit, and it was that in combination with Rick's Farfisa Compact Duo that really defined the Pink Floyd sound.
I'm really impressed with this Echroec emulation pedal by Catalinbread, it's very musical and organic, the organ sounds fantastic though it.
Inspired by Careful With That Axe Eugene, this was improvised in one take, with only a subtle UAD Lexicon 224 reverb on the final output.
I think the theme from Terminator somehow made it's way from my subconscious into it as well :)
