Supertramp Crime of the Century Guitar Solo with TAB
Crime of the Century was Supertramp’s commercial and critical breakthrough. I would rank this album among the greatest albums of all time. Supertramp managed to mix the serious elements of Prog and Hard Rock with whimsical elements of bands like Queen. The interplay of Rick Davies and Roger Hodgson’s vocals and keyboards are absolutely incredible and unique.
The guitar solo played by Roger is stunning. The simplicity, dynamics and the guitar-monies make this an absolute classic.

Roger co-founded Supertramp in 1969 and was the driving force behind what fans call the 14 golden years of the band. He wrote, sang & arranged the enduring rock standards that made Supertramp a worldwide phenomenon with album sales in excess of 60 million. From the Crime of the Century album forward, Roger & Supertramp’s other co-founder began writing separately. Although they continued to share writing credit, they wrote & composed separately with each singing their own songs. Roger began writing songs at the age of 12 & performed his first concert of original songs at the age of 13. He later recorded some of his songs with Supertramp with many becoming the soundtrack of our lives. http://www.RogerHodgson.com https://www.Facebook.com/RogerHodgson

"No words to describe how wonderful was being down there in the public singing, jumping, dancing & playing with you like everybody was just one single person. I was not born when you wrote your music, but since I was 12 & listened my first Supertramp album, I feel touched by every single music of yours."
"Roger gives his heart & thus touches the hearts of his audiences. He comes out on stage & the connection is immediately there - everyone uplifted. You have to experience it, feel it yourself- human language lacks the words to describe it."
"There were smiles. There was joy. There were tears as he sang the songs that helped us through the bad times. The melodies & harmonies can not be replicated except by the master himself.. This, my friends, is the music that connects all of us. It was a dream come true to see him, I suggest all do the same."

The Differences Between Schooling Fish and Shoaling Fish Behavior
Have you ever wondered why some fish move in large, coordinated groups while others appear to be moving in a more random, loose cluster? It's a fascinating spectacle to behold, isn't it? Well, it turns out, that fish have different ways of sticking together. Some are ' schooling ' while others are ' shoaling '. First, consider schooling fish. These are the ones you probably picture when you think of fish moving in groups. Then, shoaling fish. These fish groups are a bit more laid back. Unlike schooling fish, who move in perfect unison, shoaling fish tend to stick together, but they move more independently. See this video to know more about those fascinating fish behavior, and why they are doing that.

How schooling fish swim as one
School of fish moving as one (*) shows a shoal of small reef fish roam over the shallow corals at Panagsama Beach in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. The combination of the light at that time of the day and the movements of the fish made it a great show. I tried to follow their movements as well as I possibly could. It's almost as if the fish move around as one body in a strange sort of underwater dance. A great scuba diving day in the shallows right at the beach near Pacita's.

How To Get Fish To School, Even In A Nano Aquarium - Schooling vs. Shoaling
New Shirts and Hoodies Linked below

How To Get your pet Fish To School. schooling can occur even In A Nano Aquarium - Schooling vs. Shoaling behavior. Is Schooling a good thing, or is it a possible sign that your fish are afraid of other predatory fish in your tank? Is there a proper amount of fear or tension you can keep in a fish tan, in order to keep nano species like tetras, rasboras, danios etc schooling or shoaling?
Also, why is true schooling behavior so rare in captivity and what are some or the major advantages of keeping nano fish in large /nlong aquarium. shoaling for feeding time or finding a mate is one thing, however, full-on schooling is usually a stress response, or excitement for food, so how can we hack our fish's evolutionar...

Schooling vs Shoaling - Why does it matter?
This is really an issue of semantics, but understanding fish behavior ALWAYS makes for a better aquarium. Directional schooling versus shoaling makes a big difference in the visual impact our fish have in the environment that we provide.

Shoaling and schooling
In biology, any group of fish that stay together for social reasons are shoaling (pronounced /ˈʃoʊlɪŋ/), and if the group is swimming in the same direction in a coordinated manner, they are schooling (pronounced /ˈskuːlɪŋ/). In common usage, the terms are sometimes used rather loosely. About one quarter of fishes shoal all their lives, and about one half of fishes shoal for part of their lives.
Fish derive many benefits from shoaling behaviour including defence against predators (through better predator detection and by diluting the chance of individual capture), enhanced foraging success, and higher success in finding a mate. It is also likely that fish benefit from shoal membership through increased hydrodynamic efficiency.
This video is targeted to blind users.

In each of these cases, individuals move through their environment and respond to threats and opportunities almost simultaneously, forming an undulating enclave that seems to operate as a single entity. Such coordinated movement requires the rapid and efficient transfer of information among individuals, but understanding exactly how this information spreads through the group has long eluded scientists. Studying this behavior in schools of fish has been incredibly challenging, because the cues that drive it occur at lightening speed, come from multiple directions and sources, and of course because all of it takes place underwater. Now, Iain Couzin and his colleagues at the Max Planck Institute for Ornithology at the University of Konstanz, Germany are using new observation techniques and technologies—including high-speed video, motion-tracking software, and advanced statistical modeling—to reveal the mysterious mechanics of schooling fish. Their findings may shed light on the evolution and benefits of collective behavior across the animal kingdom.

Collective behavior is embodied in swarms of insects, flocks of birds, herds of antelope, and schools of fish.

Is it shoaling or schooling fish?
In biology, any group of fish that stay together for social reasons are shoaling, and if the group is swimming in the same direction in a coordinated manner, they are schooling.
Fish derive many benefits from shoaling behaviour including defence against predators, enhanced foraging success and higher success in finding a mate. It is also likely that fish benefit from shoal membership through increased hydrodynamic efficiency.
Fish use many traits to choose shoal mates. Generally, they prefer larger shoals, shoal mates of their own species, shoal mates similar in size and appearance to themselves.
The "oddity effect" posits that any shoal member that stands out in appearance will be preferentially targeted by predators. This may explain why fish prefer to shoal with individuals that resemble themselves.
Overview
An aggregation of fish is the general term for any collection of fish that have gathered together in some locality. Fish aggregations can be structured or unstructured. If, in addition, the aggregation comes together in an interactive, social way, they may be said to be shoaling. Although shoaling fish can relate to each other in a loose way, with each fish swimming and foraging somewhat independently, they are nonetheless aware of the other members of the group as shown by the way they adjust behaviour such as swimming, so as to remain close to the other fish in the group. Shoaling groups can include fish of disparate sizes and can include mixed-species subgroups.
If the shoal becomes more tightly organised, with the fish synchronising their swimming so they all move at the same speed and in the same direction, then the fish may be said to be schooling. Schooling fish are usually of the same species and the same age/size. Fish schools move with the individual members precisely spaced from each other. The schools undertake complicated manoeuvres, as though the schools have minds of their own.
The intricacies of schooling are far from fully understood, especially the swimming and feeding energetics.
Fish can be obligate or facultative shoalers. Obligate shoalers, such as tunas, herrings and anchovy, spend all of their time shoaling or schooling and become agitated if separated from the group. Facultative shoalers, such as Atlantic cod, saiths and some carangids, shoal only some of the time, perhaps for reproductive purposes.
Shoaling fish can shift into a disciplined and coordinated school, then shift back to an amorphous shoal within seconds. Such shifts are triggered by changes in activity from feeding, resting, travelling or avoiding predators.
Forage fish are small fish which are preyed on by larger predators for food. Predators include other larger fish, seabirds and marine mammals. Typical ocean forage fish are small, filter-feeding fish such as herring, anchovies and menhaden. These schools can become huge, moving along coastlines and migrating across open oceans. The shoals are concentrated food resources for the great marine predators. These sometimes immense gatherings fuel the ocean food web. The predators are acutely aware of their numbers and whereabouts and make migrations themselves, often in schools of their own, that can span thousands of miles.
How fish school
Fish schools swim in disciplined phalanxes. It is as if their motions are choreographed. There must be very fast response systems to allow the fish to do this. Young fish practice schooling techniques in pairs, and then in larger groups as their techniques and senses mature. Schooling behaviour develops instinctively. To school the way they do, fish require sensory systems which can respond with great speed. Most schools lose their schooling abilities after dark, and just shoal. This indicates that vision is important to schooling. Schooling species have eyes on the sides of their heads, which means they can easily see their neighbours. Also, schooling species often have "schooling marks" on their shoulders or the base of their tails, or visually prominent stripes, which provide reference marks when schooling, similar in function to passive markers in artificial motion capture. Other senses are also used.

Also, why is true schooling behavior so rare in captivity and what are some or the major advantages of keeping nano fish in large /nlong aquarium. shoaling for feeding time or finding a mate is one thing, however, full-on schooling is usually a stress response, or excitement for food, so how can we hack our fish's evolutionary reflexes to create dynamic patterns and movements within our tanks no matter the size.
