Grand Cru Wine Fridges: Best Temperature For Your Wines
Hello, Matthew here from Grand Cru Wine Fridges. One question I frequently encountered is, "What's the best temperature to sell and serve my red wine?"
You've curated a valuable wine collection featuring exquisite Pinot, Cabernet, and Shiraz from various regions across Australia and the world.
However, we often make the mistake of serving red wines too warm at room temperature, which in Australia, can reach 22 or even 25 degrees, impacting the taste of your beloved reds. That's where climate-controlled storage comes in.
Grand Cru Wine Fridges offers a fantastic range of single and dual-zone wine fridges that allow you to serve your red wine at precisely the right temperature, just as the winemaker intended.
For Pinot, try serving it at 14 or 15 degrees, while a richer Cabernet or Shir...

List of the 33 Grand Cru Vineyards of Burgundy:
In Gevrey-Chambertin, you will find: Chambertin-Clos de Bèze, Charmes-Chambertin, Chapelle-Chambertin, Griotte-Chambertin, Le Chambertin, Latricières-Chambertin, Mazis-Chambertin, and Ruchottes-Chambertin. In Morey-St.Denis : Clos de la Roche, Clos de Tart, Clos des Lambrays, and Clos Saint Denis. In Chambolle-Musigny : Bonnes Mares and Le Musigny, in Vougeot well the Clos de Vougeot, in Flagey-Echézeaux is Echézeaux and Grands Echézeaux. Vosne-Romanée hosts La Grande Rue, La Romanée, La Tâche, Richebourg, Romanée-Conti and Romanée-Saint-Vivant. Now to the Côte de Beaune with Corton-Charlemagne and Le Corton which are on the villages of Pernand-Vergelesses, Ladoix-Serrigny and Aloxe-Corton. In Puligny-Montrachet are Bâtard-Montrachet, Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet and Le Montrachet while in Chassagne-Montrachet are Bâtard-Montrachet and Le Montrachet as well, but also Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet. And I know all of this list by heart of course… Now, how many of those have YOU tasted personally? Let me know in the comments. I’m curious.
And I’ll leave it here for today. If you want to catch up on previous episodes of the Burgundy Fine & rare wine series, I’ll link to them at the end of the video or feel free to browse around the channel. With the next and last episode of the Burgundy series, coming up soon, we’ll look into some of the most iconic producers like Romanee-Conti and Leroy, so make sure to subscribe if you’re not already. And that’s it for me today. I will see you soon in the wonderful world of wine. Cheers.

For Pinot, try serving it at 14 or 15 degrees, while a richer Cabernet or Shiraz will shine at 18 degrees. Trust me; you'll have a much more enjoyable wine experience when your wine is served at its optimal temperature.
