WATCH: Trump says he has 'concepts of a plan’ for health care | ABC Presidential Debate
Former President Donald Trump said during the presidential debate Tuesday he had “concepts of a plan” for health care, but would only go into details after he was elected president and if his solutions were better than the current system.
“I have concepts of a plan. I'm not president right now, but if we come up with something, I would only change it if we come up with something that's better and less expensive,” Trump said during a presidential debate with Vice President Kamala Harris.
“There are concepts and options we have to do that, and you'll be hearing about it in the not-too-distant future,” he said.
Harris and Trump met for their first and possibly only debate on Sept. 10, hosted by ABC in Philadelphia. Harris replaced President Joe Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee ...

Making New Concepts #art
How do you generate new ideas? One trick is the "semiotic blender"!
Semiosis is our ability to associate things and give them meaning. Taking words or ideas and bashing them together in different ways can generate wild new drawing ideas that we wouldn't have otherwise thought up.
Have you ever tried this technique in your sketchbook?

● Customize your workspace. Manage artboards, organize files and tailor your toolkit – then position it anywhere on your screen. Personalize your canvas settings and gesture controls to build a workspace suited to your unique needs.
● Embrace the infinite canvas. Let your ideas unfurl across an endless artboard; effortlessly zoom and pan to view the full scope of your sketches. Create mood boards and mind maps without boundaries.
● Navigate key features and tools. Use the tool wheel to select and customize your brushes, explore our stunning COPIC color wheel or capture the perfect hue with our color picker tool. Access shape guides and perspective and measurement grids to add precision to your work. Speed up your design process with pre-made drag-and-drop assets and Object Libraries*.
● Sketch flexibly with vectors. Endlessly adjust, refine and scale every vector stroke. Use the Nudge Tool to poke and push parts of each line into place, the Selection Tool to pick up any part of your sketch, and the Slice Tool to edit or erase precise segments of lines.
● Increase efficiency with gesture controls. Optimize your workflow with the tap of a finger. Zoom, pan and rotate the canvas, and select, move and manipulate your sketches with ease.
● Communicate your ideas. Import files, photos, maps or pdfs; draw on them; make notes; leave comments; then seamlessly export and share your work with teammates, clients, friends, social media and other apps.

Harris replaced President Joe Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee this summer after Biden gave a troubling debate performance in June, increasing calls for him to drop out of the race.
According to the latest PBS News/NPR/Marist poll, more than two-thirds of Americans say they will watch all or most of the debate. While many voters have already made up their minds, 14 percent of Americans say the debate will have a great impact on which candidate they choose.
