CLARIFICATION ABOUT LOADING:
I've seen some comments about how much 40% of max is, here's an example how I calculate mine:
I weigh around 80kg, and could add around 80-100kg if I do a max hang (~5 second hang) on a 20mm edge. Total weight: ~160kg.
From this value I want to load my fingers by 40% of that. 40% of 160kg is 64kg, and so I want to subtract 64kg from my 80kg on the scale.
E.g, on the half crimp the scale says somewhere around 15-25kg for me when I'm loading my fingers correctly.
With the two-finger half crimp I'm the weakest, and can just barely hang from the ground as a max hang, there I unload 4...

Compared with closed reduction or older fixation methods, open reduction and compression plate fixation has dramatically improved the outcomes of displaced diaphyseal forearm fractures. However, the procedure can be technically demanding, with implant choice, surgical approach, accuracy of reduction, and sufficient fracture stability to allow early postoperative motion all having been shown to affect outcome.

Fingerboarding & Hangboarding: A Beginner's Guide
NEW TO FINGERBOARDING?
We get asked a lot of questions about beginning fingerboard routines, when we think it's appropriate to start and what anyone should be looking out for when they first start to use a fingerboard. In today's video, we've got Ollie Torr sharing our experience and methods for entry-level fingerboarders.
Despite the fingerboard being quite a simple tool (and the methods of training being relatively straight forward) there are a number of key items you MUST cover before diving too deeply into this form of training if you're new to it!
Grip Type: There are 4 main grip types that the vast majority of fingerboard training is completed in. Know what they look and feel like and really "learn" how to use them before you jump straight into training them!

Finger Training You Can Do Every Day! Learn a "Protective Training" Protocol for Rock Climbers

*** This is a slightly revised version of a video I published here in 2019...describing a simple, but extremely beneficial 6-minute finger training "protective" protocol that you can do every day! ***
LEARN MORE about the research and training/nutritional intervention details here: https://physivantage.com/blogs/news/advanced-climbing-training-for-stronger-healthier-tendons
Climbing is hard on the finger flexor tendons and pulleys (A2 and such). If you climb and/or train frequently at a rigorous level, then there's a good chance you've experienced finger pain and perhaps even an overuse and acute injury. So, what can you do to reduce your risk of these pesky finger injuries?
New research has revealed a coupled training-nutritional intervention that can increase tendon strength and health. Based on this research, I have developed a simple 6-minute "protective" finger training protocol that will nourish and strengthen your finger flexor tendons and annular pulleys. Think of this brief training session as “prehab”—because it will enhance collagen synthesis in your tendons and ligaments…and, thus, improve the health and strength of these important structures.
Best of all, this is one climbing exercise that you can do almost daily! Of course, intensive hangboard training protocols must be limited to just a few days per week—they are hard on the muscles, nervous system, and connective tissues and, if you do too much, there’s a good chance you’ll end up injured. But this brief moderate-intensity protective protocol can be utilized daily, either as a rest day "prehab" session or as part of your warm-up routine before your main climbing/training of the day.
Skeptics and naysayers might not believe in scientific research (their loss!), but there's growing evidence that this coupled training-nutrition intervention WORKS, if you apply it correctly. Research has shown that pre-workout consumption of vitamin C-enriched hydrolyzed collagen is the lynchpin of this protective training...that leads to a doubling of collagen synthesis in connective tissues that you target with mechanical loading (~60 minutes after consuming the collagen peptides). The science is fascinating! You can learn more at: https://physivantage.com/blogs/news/advanced-training-protocol-for-stronger-healthier-tendons
*** Six-Minute Protective Protocol Details***
#1. 30 seconds of finger rolls (or squeeze donut) with a moderate load.
#2. 30 seconds of finger extensions with a Powerfingers (or similar)
#3. 1 minute of 10"/5" Repeaters (i.e. four 10-second hangs) on large to medium-sized holds using open hand, open crimp, or half-crimp (if uninjured) grip positions.
#4. Repeat Steps #1 through #3 two more times--this makes for an effective 6-minutes of non-fatiguing loading. (Do not let your finger exercise escalate into anything more stressful or voluminous than what's described here.)

#3. 1 minute of 10"/5" Repeaters (i.e. four 10-second hangs) on large to medium-sized holds using open hand, open crimp, or half-crimp (if uninjured) grip positions.
#4. Repeat Steps #1 through #3 two more times--this makes for an effective 6-minutes of non-fatiguing loading. (Do not let your finger exercise escalate into anything more stressful or voluminous than what's described here.)

Protocols: We're not aware of one "secret" or "only" way of fingerboarding that's better than anything else out there. The reality is that a varied methodology of training, made athlete-specific and used at the right time of the year is what works best. Sorry everyone, there's no magic pill!
Frequency: When you first start fingerboarding, you must be really careful with overall loading and frequency of training. It's going to be very easy for you to achieve overload initially, so don't overcook it (even if you're really motivated to train loads). Check your training history and avoid spikes in load!

Glenn Beck STUNNED By Lauren Boebert’s IDIOTIC Plan to Get Rid of Biden, Harris AND Pelosi
@The Blaze's @Glenn Beck is shocked at @Rep. Lauren Boebert's agenda to impeach President Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris. Boebert claims Biden and Harris are unfit for office as they let the thirteen Marines die to a terrorist suicide attack at the Hamid Karzai Intl. Airport during the 'Afghanistan Withdrawal' and claims support from the Freedom Caucus and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy. The Majority Report crew discusses her delusion and clarifies that contrary to Rep. Boebert's beliefs that impeachment of the President and his VP would yield power neither to a Republican nor to @Donald J Trump.

What better way could there be to let your family embrace the faith, culture and values that you cherish than to let them experience it for themselves in the places where it actually happened: Jerusalem, Athens or Venice? They can walk the narrow cobblestone path of the Via Dolorosa, take in the beauty of the art and architecture of the Renaissance, or stand in the spot where the Apostle Paul debated the Athenians and declared the identity of the Unknown God. And onboard the incredible Costa Luminosa, hear from Glenn Beck, Rabbi Lapin of New York City and David Barton and learn why America is a land of destiny and discover why teaching the foundations of freedom and democracy to the coming generation is so important for the future of the country. This is not just another Mediterranean cruise. Yes, the food, the service and the amenities are all incredible, as always on a Costa cruise. But, this trip will take you and your family members back to the bedrock of our Republic and to the source of the Judeo-Christian values upon which our way of life is grounded.
A lot of preparation has gone into this tour. There are additional amenities and add-ons for you to explore. Please take a look at all we have to offer—whatever options you choose, one thing is certain: You will make memories that will last for generations!
