Cheltenham Town Football Club/ˈtʃɛltnəmˈtaʊn/ is an English football club based in the Town of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. As of the start of the 2015–16 season, they will play in the National League, the fifth tier of English football. Founded in 1887, the team has played at three different grounds, namely Agg-Gardner's Recreation Ground, Carter's Field, and now Whaddon Road, which is known for commercial reasons as The World of Smile Stadium. Their nickname is The Robins, and the club is affiliated to the Gloucestershire County FA.
Promoted to The Football League as Conference Premier champions in 1999, Cheltenham have played as high as League One, the third tier of English football, spending a total of four seasons there. Their best FA Cup run saw them reach the last 16 (fifth round) in 2002. The last piece of silverware won by the club was the Football Conference title in 1999, when the club attained full League status for the first time. Its league status was lost with relegation in 2015.
Cheltenham is a station located along the SEPTA Regional RailFox Chase Line. It is located at Old Soldiers Road and Hasbrook Avenue and has a 17-space parking lot. In FY 2013, Cheltenham station had a weekday average of 267 boardings and 392 alightings.
Until 2005, the freight and commuter rail lines shared track from Newtown Junction to a point just south of Cheltenham station, where SEPTA trains utilized a crossover to travel to/from the freight track. These tracks are now segregated, with a siding having been installed between Cheltenham and Lawndale stations for SEPTA use during peak hours. The freight line eventually merges with SEPTA's West Trenton Line between Neshaminy Falls and Langhorne Stations.
In 1993, the original 100-year-old station was destroyed by fire in what was ruled by the police as an arson. The station was replaced with a trailer serving as the ticket office. A new station and high-level platforms were opened in October 2007.

Many of the other regular "Hat Trick" actors, previously seen in shows such as Who Dares Wins, also appeared.

CheltenhamTown boss Michael Flynn has had his say on the Joel Colwill situation after OmerRiza revealed he would like to see the midfielder challenge himself at a higher level in the new year.
The centre-back, who now plays alongside Cardiff youngster Joel Colwill at CheltenhamTown, joined the club in March 2021 amid interest from Stoke City and Wycombe and spent more than a year with the Bluebirds during a turbulent period.
