What is VIRTUE? And how should we define it? Understanding VIRTUE (Meaning and Definition) is of great importance for all Spiritual Truth Seekers is this modern age. Virtue means behavior that displays a high ethical standard. It is a quality or character trait considered morally good and desirable in a person. Virtuous actions and behaviors are taught, explained, and promoted in all Religions and Spiritual traditions. As well as Philosophy, Psychology, Personal development, and the Mind Sciences. Please enjoy this short video explanation in simple English where we explain, describe and define the true meaning of Virtue.
Understanding Virtue, Ethics, and Morality theory are topics that all sincere spiritual aspirants will come across on their Spiritual Awakening Journey. It will be discovered as one begins to Raise their Level of Consciousness and Awareness, as insights, realizations, and revelations deepen, that we are all connected, separation is an illusion. As Ignorance begins to fade, and the dawn of Wisdom grows, Ethics, and Morals will become natural to one's state of being. To more advanced souls, positive behavior, aligned with the benefit of all is not only obvious but the only plausible choice. As we are not merely physical human beings, but Spiritual Conscious Beings in Reality, Behavior is of the utmost importance, as the Law of Karma is always in effect, until we reach the higher states of Enlightenment, Self-Realization, or Liberation. Virtue is its own reward, as such noble behavior, purifies negative karma, or sin, and accumulates positive karma or spiritual merit. What is Virtue as Excellence? It is the most uplifting, positive, and beneficial qualities a human can possess, dedicated to the service of others and the collective good of all. These are the virtue based ethics of: Knowledge as in Wisdom, of Love, of Charity, of Faith, of Harmony, of Kindness, of Hope, of Peace, of Integrity, of Courage, of Justice as in Surrender, of Hospitality, of Forgiveness, of Mercy, of Patience, of Grace, of Conscience, of Gratitude, of Prudence, of Temperance, of Diligence, of Humility, of Compassion, of Empathy, of Altruistic Joy, and Equanimity.... and many more. There are Cardinal, Theological, Heavenly Virtues, and many other classifications of these exemplary spiritual traits. The value of patience, of silence, of praise, of reflection, of meditation, of contemplation, of prayer, and of surrender, are beyond comprehension to the dualistic ego mind, trapped in the lower levels of consciousness. Virtues aid to unite man with God. The great quest to return to our source. The spirit is free, we are all free to choose our own way, our own path back home. Now's the time, to follow the teachings of the greatest spiritual masters, those who revealed the Way. Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Moses, and all Divine Holy Beings. The Saints, the Mystics, the Yogis, the Sages. The miracle of virtue is the healing of the heart, the soul, the spirit, the very core of our being. It's never to late to practice Virtue and be Grateful. Let go of pride, vanity, selfishness, anger, resentment, attachment, desire, shame, guilt, regret, grief, fear. Put the Virtue Theory to the test and Raise your Level of Consciousness. Peace, Love and Namaste.

In this video we bring you how to develop a virtuous character from the philosophy of
Aristotle. His philosophy is often referenced as Aristotelianism.
Aristotle defined virtues as dispositions to choose good actions and passions, informed by moral knowledge of several sorts. For Aristotle, virtues can be intellectual or moral, the intellectual ones are learned by instruction or education, the moral ones are developed by habits. Performing virtuous acts can be motivated by having a practical purpose or by the desire to act in a virtuous way or by both. In this video, we will explore what one might need to develop virtuous character in accordance with Aristotle’s Virtue Ethics Theory. The three ways to develop your character are -
01. Adopt a Virtuous Mindset
02. Practice Practical Wisdom
03. Contemplate and Reflect
I hope you enjoyed watching the video and hope these three ways to develop your character from the philosophy of Aristotle will add value to your life.
Aristotle is a Promethean figure in the history of the world, who lived between 384–322 BC, He is considered "the father” of logic, biology, political science, zoology, embryology, of natural law, scientific method, rhetoric, psychology, realism and even of meteorology. He was first a student of Plato, then, when Plato retired, he left the Academia which Plato founded, and he became the tutor of Alexander The Great, and the two other future kings: Ptolemy and Cassander. He established a library in the Lyceum which helped him to produce many of his hundreds of books on papyrus scrolls. Unfortunately, only a third of his magnificent work has survived. For example, the treatises “Physics”, “Metaphysics”, “Nicomachean Ethics”, “Politics”, “On the Soul” and “Poetics”, have influenced more than two millennia of scientists and theologians alike, both fascinated by his ideas.

Drawing from the wisdom of ancient philosophers like
Aristotle, history has taught us that the pursuit of a good life is found in cultivating virtues. Yale psychologist Laurie Santos brings us into the modern era of virtuous living by unpacking various schools of thought — from Martin Seligman and Chris Peterson's 24 character strengths to the Japanese practice of Ikigai.
While engaging with character strengths enhances our sense of meaning and happiness, it's our unique “signature strengths” that have a profound impact on our lives. Contrary to the common belief that monetary rewards drive job satisfaction, engaging more of our signature strengths at work not only leads to increased job fulfillment but also improves performance and potentially increases earnings.
But the application of virtue extends beyond the workplace. Finding ways to incorporate humor, zest, or a love of learning into our leisure activities can unlock greater fulfillment and meaning during our free time. Whether through self-reflection or a systematic survey, identifying our signature strengths and committing to their regular practice empowers us to live a more virtuous and meaningful life.
