Burglary (also called breaking and entering and sometimes housebreaking) is an unlawful entry into a building for the purposes of committing an offence. Usually that offence is theft, but most jurisdictions include others within the ambit of burglary. To engage in the act of burglary is to burgle (in British English) or to burglarize (in American English).
Breaking can be either actual, such as by forcing open a door, or constructive, such as by fraud or threats. Breaking does not require that anything be "broken" in terms of physical damage occurring. A person who has permission to enter part of a house, but not another part, commits a breaking and entering when they use any means to enter a room where they are not permitted, so long as the room was not open to enter.
Entering can involve either physical entry by a person, or the insertion of an instrument to remove property. Insertion of a tool to gain entry may not constitute entering by itself. Note that there must be a breaking and an entering for common law burglary. Breaking without entry or entry without breaking is not sufficient for common law burglary.
The Burglar is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was left unnamed in most of his appearances. He is best known as the first criminal faced by Spider-Man, and as the killer of the hero's uncle and surrogate father figure, Ben Parker. The Burglar first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 (August 1962), making him directly responsible for Ben Parker's death and Spider-Man's turn to superheroics.
The Burglar's name was never revealed in the comics. He was completely unnamed in Amazing Fantasy #15, and it was only in 1996, 15 years after his second and final appearance in the comics, and the introduction of his estranged daughter Jessica, that the possibility arose that he might share her last name of Carradine. However, it remains unconfirmed whether this is the Burglar's surname, as his daughter may be using her mother's maiden name, or that of her adoptive parents. In addition, The burglar happens to have a nephew named Jimmy Costas, in which Jimmy wears hand-me-downs from his uncle, and even said that his "Uncle" may have run into Spider-Man once or twice, which shocked Spider-Man when he found out.
Bernice "Bernie" Rhodenbarr, a former burglar, resumes her life of crime when a corrupt police officer named Ray Kirschman blackmails her.
A dentist, Dr. Cynthia Sheldrake, hires Bernice to break into her ex-husband Christopher's home and steal back her jewelry. Things take a turn for the worse when Christopher is murdered while Bernie is robbing his home, and thanks to Sheldrake and her lawyer Carson, Bernie is the only suspect.
To clear her name Bernice and her friend Carl hop from bar to bar looking for someone who knew Christopher. They find out that Christopher had quite a few girlfriends ... and boyfriends. Bernice has three new suspects after an old flame of Christopher's tells her about an artist, a bartender, and a mysterious man known only by his nickname: "Heeeeeeere's Johnny!"
Bernice investigates the artist and the bartender only to have them show up dead. With no clues or witnesses, Bernice waits for Dr. Sheldrake in her home to confront her. Demanding she tell her everything she knew about Christopher, she concludes that the doctor herself had been with her ex the night he was murdered.

Attempted Burglary on my parent's home(Part 1)
This footage was captured recently on my Dad's surveillance camera from above his front entrance in Edenvale, Johannesburg, South Africa. This is the second attempt of robbery on a Saturday afternoon. The previous attempt was while my parents were actually at home. It's pretty frightening to see how badly these guys want to get in. Please share this video so the world can see these scum bags faces. Good laugh watching them fail over and over again. Idiots.

What To Do When Burglars Are Watching Your House
According to statistics, burglaries оссur every 26 seconds. So even if you think it will never happen to you, as "there's nothing to steal", you might be mistaken. Anyway, it's better to meet a potential robber well-prepared and well-armed.
Some of the necessary precautions should be done ahead of a vacation, if you're planning one. Make sure someone takes care of your mail and lawn. If there's a pile of envelopes in your mailbox and the lawn is higher than usual, it sends a clear sign to potential burglars that the owner is away.
