Viznitzer Rebbe Sandek At Bris Of 48 Year Old Russian | אדמו”ר מויז'ניץ שימש כסנדק ליהודי רוסי בן 48

Thousands of people rejoiced at the Bris Milah ceremony on Monday for a Russian Jewish man who immigrated to the Holy land of Israel just hours earlier. The ceremony was held at the large Vizhnitz shul in the city of Bnei Brak, and honored as Sandak was the Vizhnitzer Rebbe, R’ Yisroel Hager. The man, named Dima, has been in close contact with Rabbi Mendel Teichman, Chabad Shliach for Russian speakers in Netanya. Growing in his knowledge and care for Judaism, Dima agreed to undergo a circumcision. On Monday morning, upon immigrating to Israel, he went to the Mikvah and then underwent the Bris performed by the Mohel Rabbi Dovid Shlomo Gelber.
