The fronton was begun to built in 1893, with a budget of approximately 500Β 000 pesetas. It is due to a design by architect JoaquΓn Rucoba (1844 - 1919), author of the Plaza de toros de La Malagueta, the Mercado de Atarazanas and park in MΓ‘laga, and the City Hall of Bilbao, among other works. It was the fourth infrastructure of these open features in Madrid at the end of 19th century, in a time when the sport of Basque pelota reached a remarkable popularity in the Spanish capital. It was preceded, in this order, the frontons Jai Alai (1891), Fiesta Alegre and Euskal Jai.
It was opened on April 29 of 1894 (other sources indicate the May 29 of the same year) and it was in operation until the year 1919. With the Civil War during Siege of Madrid its facilities were converted into police station, and during the early years of the Francoist dictatorship, served as a test site for musical bands linked to the Spanish Falange. In the middle of 20th century, was sold the auto company CitroΓ«n, who used it as a repair shop.

The Fang people, also known as FΓ£n or Pahouin, are a Bantu ethnic group found in Equatorial Guinea, northern Gabon, and southern Cameroon. Representing about 85% of the total population of Equatorial Guinea, concentrated in the RΓo Muni region, the Fang people are its largest ethnic group. The Fang is also the largest ethnic group in Gabon, making up about a quarter of the population. In other countries, in the regions they live, they are one of the most significant and influential ethnic groups, notably in Cameroon, where the Fang is part of the Ekang, a tribe that dominates Cameroonian politics; President Paul Biya belongs to this ethnic group.

The objective of this lesson is to demonstrate the following: The Beti-Pahuin or Fang people of Middle Africa or specifically West-Central Africa descend from the Ancient Israelites of the Bible. Their patriarch specifically coming from the tribe of Manasseh. They were founded by descendants of Epher (Afri) ben Manasseh part of the warrior/pastoral class of the tribe Manasseh. They were taken into Mesopotamia by the Assyrianβs after the Fall of the Northern Kingdom (Israel/Samaria) circa 722 BC. 1 Chronicles 5:23-26. During the time of Persian rule, they were taken from Mesopotamia and placed in Egypt at the Jewish garrisons of Elephantine and Taphanhes. After the Hamitic Egyptians destroyed their temple at Elephantine they fled into the neighboring desert between Kemet and Kush (Meroe) and towns of Nubia (Southern Egypt/Northern Sudan). They remained there for roughly 1,600 years (Through collapse of Kush/Meroe and the establishing of Makuria). Around the 13th century AD Bedouin Arabs began raiding Makuria. A man named Afri-Kara or Epher of Makuria/Epher al-Muqurra. He led the Beti-Pahuin to West Africa first settling in Sahelian Nigeria. Around the 17th century pressure from slave raiding by the Hausa-Fulani forced them to migrate into their current locations of Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon. Thousands upon thousands were taken captive to the Americas. Being captured directly by Europeans, as well as Fulani and the Loango. They were shipped from the Bight of Biafra and Loango.
