Early life
Lyons is the son of entertainment reporter Jeffrey Lyons and the grandson of the American newspaper columnist Leonard Lyons.
Career
Lyons started his own production company in 2002 and produced segments for the TV show, Hip-Hop Nation. In 2004, MTV hired him to co-host Your Movie Show. In 2006, Lyons hosted entertainment segments on The Daily 10. In addition, he began to write a column for E! Online called "The Lyons Den". Lyons hosted My Family's Got GUTS, on Nickelodeon and has appeared in Disaster Movie and The House Bunny. He is a regular contributor to Good Morning America. In September 2008, Lyons became a co-host of the TV show, At the Movies. Critics said Lyons lacked a proper understanding of film history, used language that sounded like movie advertising (in order to promote his own profile), and had a conflict of interest with some actors whose movies he reviewed.Roger Ebert gave implied criticism of Lyons in his online blog. Lyons and his co-host were fired from the program less than a year later, on August 2009.
What better way is there to celebrate my purchase of a Malcolm Young "Beast" replica and the release of AC/DC's new single "Shot In The Dark"? That's right - by doing a rhythm guitar cover of "Shot In The Dark" on my newly purchased "Beast" replica! Enjoy!

#003 - Ben Lyons's Story
Ben Lyons grew up thinking money was evil, but when a trusted mentor helped him break that paradigm, he went on to establish multiple successful businesses during a +40-year career in lending, real estate, and financial services.
Because he has often seen the vocational and financial knowledge neglected in the traditional education system, he is on a mission to leverage his experience in business and wealth creation to empower others to succeed with money and in their careers. He does this by sitting on the board of directors for several education institutions, volunteering his time to teach personal finance to young people, and founding Wealth Creators USA as a private channel to help people create wealth in a systematic way to improve their financial self.

He was inspired by the shop and after doing some research realized opening a phone shop to take advantage of this wave would be a great way for him to pursue an area he was genuinely passionate about. He used his savings and managed to get some loans. The phone shop initially started doing well and he was enjoying some success but in March 2016 things took a turn for the worse when he attempted to open a second shop and the overheads from that shop meant he could not cover his loan repayments and had to close his shop down. This was an extremely tough time for Lyons and he decided to move to the U. K. where he would be able to start again. Initially, he stayed with his family then after falling out with them he went to the local council and had to declare himself homeless. He was provided with shared accommodation for two weeks and this proved to be one of the lowest points of his life. However, whilst there, with an abundance of time he came up with the idea of turning electronic goods into gold and selling them to luxury clients. He continued brainstorming the idea over the two weeks he was there writing notes on scraps of paper and after reconciling with his family went home with a new impetus to start his new business called IDesignGold. Building IDesignGoldIn launching IDesignGold Lyons didn’t have enough money to buy a significant amount of inventory given the nature of the product but knew if he could create one of these products and get it into the right hands it would do well. Fortunately, at the time he had a friend who was training with Mixed Martial Arts superstar Conor McGregor who used to shop at his phone store. He offered to create a fully customized iPhone 7 in late 2016 for free if McGregor would post it on his Instagram. McGregor agreed and after he posted an order came in from footballer Steven Gerrard after which the phone went viral on social media.
