Greg Goode is the bestselling author of many popular articles and bestselling books such as After Awareness, The Direct Path, Standing As Awareness, and Emptiness and Joyful Freedom (with Tomas Sander). Known for a unique combination of penetrating insight, comfort with Eastern and Western sources, and a down-to-earth sense of humor, Greg studied philosophy at the UniversitΓ€t zu KΓΆln in Cologne, Germany, and received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Rochester. His areas of specialization in graduate school were decision theory, the philosophy of mind, and the philosophy of George Berkeley. His doctoral dissertation was on the question, βIs it ever rational to be impatient?β
He became drawn to self-inquiry through the work of Brand Blanshard, George Berkeley, Francis Lucille and Sri Atmananda (Krishna Menon) as well as the Chinmaya Mission. Since the 1990βs up through the present era of social media, Greg has been an active contributor to spiritual Internet discussions. Greg is well-known innovator for having combined the ancient βdirect-pathβ method of self-inquiry with modern electronic media. Greg is a member of the American Philosophical Practitioners Association (APPA), and serves as technical consultant for their peer-reviewed journal Philosophical Practice.

Terceiro, a recuperação: A identificação correta.
