Anal Sex Risks
If you’re curious about butt stuff, adding some anal stimulation to your masturbation routine is a great way to begin your explorations because you're in control and you can start to figure out what feels good and what doesn't.
The anus is not self-lubricating, so you're going to need lube.
If you'd like to try anal play with your partner, as
always, consent, communication, and condoms are vital. It’s easy to injure yourself so take things slow, use that lube, ease into it.
While many people are worried about encountering poop, if you've already pooped and you've had a shower, things can be pretty mess free.
If using toys— remember to use toys intended for butt stuff. Butt plugs have flared bases for a reason- you never want to use any toy or object without a flared base or handle, i...

Five tips for butthole play #analsex #analplay #education
How to have pleasurable and safe anal sex 🍆
The anus has a lot of sensitive nerves that can feel pleasurable when stimulated or grumpy when aggravated. To avoid pain during anal play, it’s important to start with anal training first.
Here are five anal training tips for beginners:
1. Ease into your anal exploration by getting turned on. If you’re anxious or nervous about anal play, your anal muscles will tense up making it difficult for any anal play to feel pleasurable.
2. Find positions that help your body and anus relax like lying on your side or hands and knees in doggy style. Some positions may feel more comfortable than others so explore with your options, solo or partnered.
3. Slowly begin to explore your anus with an anal rim massage using one or two fingers and or a partner’s t...

Tips for anal sex | Featuring Dr. Martha Tara Lee
Masturbation is self-stimulating your genitals in a sexual way to the point of reaching an orgasm.
It is a very common behaviour among men and women and is a very normal thing. However, there are a lot of myths around masturbation and self-pleasure as well as side effects of overdoing it.

The Hidden Dangers of Anal Intercourse - The Downside Of Anal Intercourse| Major Risks
Anal intercourse, while practiced by some individuals, carries several potential risks and downsides.
Let’s discuss some interesting facts regarding the downside of anal intercourse.
1. Increased risk of sexually transmitted infections.
Anal intercourse can increase the risk of sexually transmitted infections such as HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and human papilloma virus.
The lining of the rectum is so delicate that it can tear easily during intercourse, providing a route for pathogens to enter the body.
2. Risk of anal tearing and injury.
The rectum and anus are not naturally lubricated like the vaginal epithelium, which can increase the risk of tears, fissures, and other injuries during anal intercourse.
These injuries can lead to discomfort, bleeding, and an increase...

Butt plugs have flared bases for a reason- you never want to use any toy or object without a flared base or handle, inside the anus because it could be sucked in too far and then become difficult to remove. Unlike the vagina where you can't go further than the cervix, the anus has nothing to prevent an object going too far inside the body.
Many people are squeamish about the idea of butt stuff--and there’s no pressure to do anything you don’t want to. But it’s worth acknowledging that many people do see the butt as a region with a lot of potential for pleasure, and that’s cool too!
Anal play is NOT necessarily determined by or determining of your sexual orientation or gender identity. It’s something anyone with an anus can explore if they want to🍑

3. Slowly begin to explore your anus with an anal rim massage using one or two fingers and or a partner’s tongue.
4. Train with a set of rectal dilators or use your fingers. Rectal dilators are especially useful to gently stretch and relax the anal muscles. They come in a variety of gradually progressing sizes.
5. Lastly, with any anal insertion or penetration, go lube heavy to reduce tissue irritation, sensitivity, and skin tears. The World Health Organization suggests using a rectal lubricant with a pH between 5.5 and 7. Oil and silicone lubricant don't mix well with silicone toys. Also avoid using oil lubricant with condoms as they can easily weaken the condom material and break.
Remember, taking the time to properly train and prepare your body can make all the difference in having a safe, enjoyable, and pleasurable anal play experience.

Masturbation is self-stimulating your genitals in a sexual way to the point of reaching an orgasm.
It is a very common behaviour among men and women and is a very normal thing. However, there are a lot of myths around masturbation and self-pleasure as well as side effects of overdoing it.

These injuries can lead to discomfort, bleeding, and an increased risk of infection.
3. Potential for fecal-oral transmission of infections.
Anal intercourse can lead to the transfer of bacteria and viruses from the rectum to the mouth, increasing the risk of gastrointestinal infections and other health issues.
4. Increased risk of fecal incontinence.
Repeated anal intercourse may weaken the muscles of the anal sphincter over time, potentially leading to fecal incontinence or difficulty controlling bowel movements.
5. Risk of hemorrhoids.
The pressure and friction involved in anal intercourse can contribute to the development or exacerbation of hemorrhoids, swollen veins in the rectal area that can cause discomfort, pain, and bleeding.
6. Psychological and emotional compromise.
Some individuals may experience psychological or emotional discomfort associated with anal intercourse, including feelings of shame, guilt, or discomfort with their sexual identity or practices.
It's important for individuals engaging in anal intercourse to be aware of these potential risks and to take steps to minimize them, such as using condoms, lubrication, communication with partners, and practicing safer sex techniques.
Additionally, seeking medical advice and support can help address any health concerns or issues that may arise from anal intercourse.
