The BEST Monitors I've EVER tested! ADAM Audio A7V Review
In this video, I'll be doing a quick unboxing and review of the new ADAM Audio A7V nearfield active reference studio monitors. The A7V is the successor to the hugely popular A7X, which has been ADAM Audio's long-time best seller. The ADAM Audio A7V is basically the same studio monitor, but the A7V has several improvements over the previous model. Both materials and features have been upgraded. The ADAM Audio A7V is a two-way professional studio monitor with a 7" multi-layer mineral stone woofer, and a 2" X-ART ribbon tweeter. It's front ported, and the waveguide is now rotatable, so they can be placed both vertically and horizontally.
ADAM Audio is a German-based company that has made a name for itself due to the combination of price and performance that its studio monitors have to offer....

Kicking off this month of WW1 content we take a look at the first German tank. The A7V has been largely forgotten compared to its more famous opponents fielded by the Allies. Nevertheless this armored toaster packed a punch alongside its numerous design flaws.

The A7V, which was classified as a heavy tank, was a German tank that first appeared in 1918 during World War One ! In early 1917, one hundred chassis were ordered. Ten were utilised as armoured battle vehicles, while the others were deployed, as Überlandwagen goods transports! The number of armoured units was eventually increased to 20
From March through October 1918, they were in battle ! They were the only tanks built by Germany during World War One , that were utilized in combat !
In September 1916, the German War Ministry established a commission, to explore tank development under the authority of the Allgemeines Kriegsdepartement, Abteilung 7 Verkehrswesen called "General War Department, Section 7, Transportation in English ! Joseph Vollmer, one of Germany's most renowned vehicle designers, was tasked with designing and building the first German tank !
The first tank-on-tank fight in history took place near Villers-Bretonneux on April 24, 1918, when three A7V , including chassis number 561, known as Nixe, were participating in an infantry charge when they encountered three British Mark 4 tanks, Two female machine gun-armed tanks and one male with two 6-pounder guns !
The A7V was powered by two centrally placed Daimler 4-cylinder petrol engines, each producing 75 Kilo watt or 101 horse power , and it had a fuel capacity of 500 litres or 130 US gallon
This will propelled the tank at speeds of just over nine miles per hour, making it one of the fastest tanks of World War 1 ,despite its size !!
The A7V had a power-to-weight ratio of 6.8 hp per ton and a ground clearance of 190 to 400 mm, and could span ditches up to 2.1 meter wide 7.5 to 15.7 inches long !
The A7V also had a spring-type suspension, which aided its cross-country capability. Despite its powerful engine and suspension, the A7V's design was top-heavy and ineffective in off-road conditions !!

ADAM Audio is a German-based company that has made a name for itself due to the combination of price and performance that its studio monitors have to offer.
The ADAM Audio A7V is a professional studio monitor, intended for serious music producers and mix engineers who need crystal clear and flat-sounding monitors for critical listening, or just the typical home-studio producer who wants to take that next natural step and upgrade to professional monitors.
I've been mixing and mastering on these for several weeks now in order to really get to know them, and I'm quite impressed by the clarity they offer. I think it's difficult to find a better-sounding studio monitor in this price range because, in all honesty, this is the best 7" Studio monitor I've ever tested! If you're a music producer who is serious about your music and wants to take that next step and upgrade from basic budget monitors, then you should seriously consider these.
