Inslaw Affair

Full article: Inslaw

D. Lowell Jensen was held in contempt of congress because he then failed to appoint an independent counsel to investigate the matter.[1] The judge, George F. Bason Jr., also ruled that two USDOJ officials had given "unbelievable" testimony about their actions regarding the company, Inslaw Inc., which sold computer programs to the department.[1]
