Hi, I'm not actually very active as admin currently.

Basing on what I can see, she blocked you mostly because she probably understood the word you used as "denuncia". In italian, this word has mainly (if not "almost only") the meaning of "legal charge", and thus this immediately falls into Wikipedia:No legal threats, hence the block. Exactly what do you mean for "denuncia"? The right expression in italian for a complaint is "richiesta di pareri" or "richiesta d'intervento". Or also, in case you need an explaination on her actions, "mi servirebbe una spiegazione sulla tua azione".

I think the main issue here is that you don't speak a good italian, and she doesn't speak a good russian. I saw your translations, and even if I can fully understand them, they're not "acceptable", meaning they don't meet the standard quality, because there are many issues, errors, mistakes. It's normal as you're not italian and speaking a good italian with perfect verbs usages and concurrences for a russian is as difficult as learning russian with all the akan'e/okan'e, declensions and especially perfective/imperfective aspects for an italian. And in order to write in Wikipedia (russian or italian) you must master the language in which you're speaking.

This said, I think I cannot do anything besides try to approach her (having her blocked or removed is not something I can do personally and for sure I wouldn't do it in any case), but even if you get unblocked, probably your translations won't be accepted in any cases. You could leave them as drafts in the "bozza" page. I'm not active these days and so I'm not able to fix all of them right now. Roberto Segnali all'Indiano 16:34, 27 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Roberto Mura: Thank you for your response.
I don't demand to publish my articles. I just want to cancel my both bans (possibility to publish new articles and my account by itself).
First ban was just a misunderstanding, I explained her why (I opened the code editor before she moved articles into draft space but I clicked the "Publish" button after she did that, so my edits were saved not as simple edits but as new articles.). As for second ban, I wrote in Russian "Ты злоупотребляешь своими правами администратора. И мне хватит мозгов, чтобы подать на тебя жалобу.".; it can be translated into English as "You are abusing your admin rights. And I'm smart enough to file a complaint against you.". In this case I meant this procedure: Wikipedia:Administrative action review. Unfortunately, this page has no interwiki-link to Italian Wikipedia. Of course, it is not legal suit against Wikipedia, and I think she understood this very well, even despite her poor knowledge of the Russian language, because it was an appeal directly to her. Therefore, in the case of the second ban, she deliberately acted unreasonably. K8M8S8 (talk) 16:58, 27 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Well, you should agree that your sentence, even if not a legal threat, was not the best example of diplomacy... Usually a comment like that will result in one month of block. This said, I've written to her and I'll see what will happen, this is not something I've followed and is definitely something to be discussed between you and the admin. :) Roberto Segnali all'Indiano 20:46, 27 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Roberto Mura: She used an undiplomatic tone in her very first message. At first, I tried to be kind, but she kept writing unfriendly, so I toughened up my rhetoric a little too. I believe that she deliberately used only Russian language so that other users could not understand how unfriendly her messages look. K8M8S8 (talk) 15:30, 29 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Roberto Mura: And another note. According to the rules, I can't initiate any formal actions against another user without preliminary discussion with him/her personally. So, I had to state in the correspondence with her that I believe her administrative action (first ban) unreasonable (explaining the reasons why) and I can demand its review. Maybe it was undiplomatic but without this statement I would have no possibility to initiate the procedure of review. And, instead of continuation of personal conversation, she just ban my account and IP-adresses, having no real reasons for such decision. So, anyway it was an abuse of administrative power.
