[edit]Hi, you were saying people sometimes see articles that you have edited which are about them, cool. About the Super Bowl, USA Today lists every commercial, I can check to see if the Wikipedia article is missing any of them. USA Today has something you may want to join where you can rank the ads. The USA Today link you saw doesn't list the Thunderbolts trailer. It has 57 ads. Those aren't regional. Engage01 (talk) 20:35, 11 February 2025 (UTC)
- Engage01, thanks, that sounds good to standardize to Ad Meter! Can move Thunderbolts* to the talk page. AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 00:34, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- Engage01, there are some ads that weren't really rated but may have shown up nationally around regional ads such as the Kick of Destiny 3 followup result. I left the Google Workspace entry in there because it was a unique concept that was notable and should have been explained. So maybe Ad Meter can apply to 2025, not sure about prior to that since there are remarks that it disregarded halftime commercials. AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 00:53, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- Correct, USA Today has run Ad Meter which is theirs since Super Bowl XXIII; it's perfect in regards to reliability. Engage01 (talk) 06:54, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- Notes: halftime doesn't count. Those are regional and not billed at the $8 million rate. Ad Meter began because people love Super Bowl advertising. Engage01 (talk) 06:56, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- Thus Ad Meter is reliable for every Super Bowl since XXIII and including it. Engage01 (talk) 06:57, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- It looks like Ad Meter counts some of the halftime commercials but yeah they have several faqs each year on what they included at least since 2019. AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 17:32, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
