Al Tazaj (Arabic: الطازج) is a BBQ and Fried chicken Saudi fast-casual restaurant chain headquartered in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The chain has a presence in couple of countries in the Middle East.[1]
Saudi Arabia, for example, has 100 branches, and restaurants are also located in Jordan (7 branches), Morocco (1 in Casa Blanca[2]), and the United Arab Emirates with 5 branches, though as of 2025, three are closed.
