The 2024–25 season is the 128th season of competitive football in Scotland. The domestic season to began on 13 July 2024 with the first Scottish League Cup group stage matches, and the first round of matches in the 2024–25 Scottish Premiership were played on the weekend of 2–4 August.[1]
