The 2024–25 Tulsa Golden Hurricane women's basketball team represents the University of Tulsa during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Golden Hurricane, led by fourth-year head coach Angie Nelp, play their home games at the Reynolds Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma as members of the American Athletic Conference (AAC).
Previous season
[edit]The Golden Hurricane finished the 2023–24 season 25–10, 13–5 in AAC play, to finish in a tie a three-way tie for first place.[1] As the top seed in the AAC tournament, they were upset by #9 seed East Carolina in the quarterfinals.[2] They received an automatic bid to the WBIT,[3] where they defeated Arkansas in the first round[4] and Georgetown in the second round,[5] before falling to eventual tournament champions Illinois in the quarterfinals.[6]
