Mao Kurokawa (黒川 真魚, Kurokawa Mao) is a character in Wakaba＊Girl.

Personality[]
Mao is a lively and easily excited tomboy with a deep design to be seen as more feminine or ladylike. She is similar to Nao Mashiba, but unlike her, she is known for being impulsive at times and speaks her mind with no problem, and she enjoys teasing her friends. She is energetic and hot-blooded, but around her crush she can become a little shy and is said to innocently stalk him.

Mao has short pink straightened hair with bangs partially split and held by a variety of clips or ribbon, her usual being a blue spotted fish. Her dark pink eyes have a corner curve.
For school, she wears a pair of black tube socks with her uniform.

Mao admires Wakaba's poise and elegance as a rich girl. At times, she catches Wakaba imitating her and happily approves of the gesture where she took to her very quickly.
