Villains who have a penchant for destroying or damaging what isn't theirs, whether it is spraying graffiti or causing damage on public property, breaking into people's businesses, and/or simply breaking other people's belongings. It is often a trait of thuggish and gang villains, although in no way restricted to them.

Note: This category should never overlap with "Destroyers", because Vandals cause destruction on a smaller scale.
