Pure Evil Removal Proposal: Captain Phasma (Star Wars)

  • 1 Pure Evil Removal: Captain Phasma from the Star Wars Franchise
    • 1.1 What's the Work
    • 1.2 Who's the Candidate and what has she done
    • 1.3 Why doesn't she count
    • 1.4 Final Verdict

Star Wars as we all know is one of the biggest franchises of all time. Created by George Lucas it is a science fiction space opera saga that consists of now 11 live-action films (starting with A New Hope, then only known as Star Wars), several animated and live-action shows and countless comics, videogames and novels. After Lucas sold the franchise to Disney in 2012, a canon reset concerning all non-movie material (except for the awesome 2008 animated show Star Wars:The Clone Wars) became decanonized and new movies and tons of other new material followed. The two continuities a…

PE Removal: Yoshihito Kanamori and Nafumi Shintani

Higanbana No Saku Yoru Ni or The Unforgiving Flowers Blossom in the Dead of Night, was a manga series written by Ryukishi07 about an unnamed school that houses different urban legends. The series begins with a bullied girl named Marie Moriya who meets an untimely end and meets a yokai named Higanbana Odoru and becomes "friends" with her. The manga would later receive a visual novel adaptation differing from under works under the When They Cry banner although it technically wasn't apart of the franchise but I digress.

Now, with Kanamori himself, I actually think his manga counterpart still counts namely because, unlike the other 07th Expansion titles like Higurashi and Umineko which started off as VNs before being adapted into manga, Higanbana w…

PE Proposal: Ganon (A Link to the Past)

Okay, this is gonna be a massive shock for all Zelda fans in the community as this villain had been... dismissed quite a few times due to certain arguments. However I had been talking to some users when it comes to this guy and his potential for another point and shockingly... this point ended up coming up on this discussion... I was shocked but I'll be honest, having played Ocarina of Time and A Link to the Past a while back with both games still fresh on memory... I think there was some sense to the logic used considering how the timeline split and then each timeline had the villain go through certain paths that either see him mellowed out or double down on just being plain irredeemable.

Yes, if it isn't clear.... our candidate today is the ori…

Pure Evil Proposal: Carl (The Dead Girl)

Finally, I'm BAAACCCCKKKKK! After a whole month hiatus, I have an announcement that I have founded a good qualifier to put up here! Hope you appreciate it! Happy late Thanksgiving btw!

  • 1 What's The Work?

The Dead Girl is a 2006 underrated film that divides into five parts and starts an array of different characters played by various actors; including Brittany Murphy as the titular girl and Marcia Gay Hayden as the mother. Centering on Krista, who was captured and murdered by a sinister person, the rest of the story is on tracking who it really is and finding closure for her.

Carl is a seemingly unassuming man who happens to be a serial killer and rapist. Ha…

PE Proposal: Funny Valentine from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run

You know, I was waiting for this for a while, this would really be an interesting proposal to do, and I'm going to pretty much enjoy it. But welp, this is not my first proposal about this work, and interestingly enough, is from the same part as the last one, and pretty much my favourite, pretty good. This would be long, and it won't be my last one from this work. But either way, it's now time for me to take the first napkin, and get Lady Luck at my side, let's take a look at this president.

The Scarecrow is a 2000 direct-to-video animated musical film produced by Warner Bros. made back when every animated movie from the '90s and early '00s was a musical film trying to cash in on the Disney Renaissance.

Loosely based on the 1852 short story Feathertop by Nathaniel Hawthorne, the titular scarecrow is brought to life by a kind old witch to look after a girl named Polly, who hides her silver coins underneath his post. Scarecrow soon falls in love with Polly, so the witch grants him a magic feather that turns him human, as long as he's holding it. Taking the name Feathertop, the scarecrow becomes determined to help Polly and make her fall in love with him. Howe…

PE Proposal: Victor Paul Gitano

Well, I am already my fifth proposal now, and I have another one from the Law & Order franchise and this one is a really nasty piece of work that was definitely a blast from the past to any Law & Order fans. PE Proposal: The Brain (Young Justice)

Back with another one from Young Justice. I'll make this quick, lately I've been on an series of emotional circumstances and lack of activity in my best interests, it's something I often struggle when the stress kicks in out of nowhere, and to refresh my mind over micromanagment in my works here and real-life stuff, I've decided to go for some candidates I haven't gotten around much in some works I am familiar with. And Young Justice is one of them that has someone I could discuss about or two more on the way.

Who here remembers the Brain, the diabolic mastermind in the body of, well, a literal mind who froze up most of the titans and their allies and hatched a black-hole generated plot that sees countless cities consumed? Well, years go by but…

PE Proposal: Diethard Ried from Code Geass

PE Proposal: Ren Sohma from Fruits Basket

"Ah, Thanksgiving. A lovely moment where you spend time with family and friends. Where you eat delicious food, hang out with your loved ones, all that usual family stuff. So for this special day, I'm going to ruin that family mood by proposing a "mother" who doesn't deserve that title to be Pure Evil. Why? Because why not, lol?:)"

Hello everyone, and Happy Thanksgiving! Welcome to one of my most highly anticipated but controversial proposals I have ever made yet. But let's be real, you all should've seen this coming. Because dear God, after all the vile atrocities she committed, she definitely earns her proposal. Pure Evil proposal - Mephisto (Marvel: Ultimate Alliance)

I've already proposed the original Earth-616 version of Mephisto, and I haven't published a proposal for a little while now so why not?

P.S. Kinda ironic as I'm proposing the literal devil and it's a Christian holiday, but Happy Thanksgiving to anyone who celebrates it!

  • 3 Mitigating factors

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is a 2006 superhero RPG, and the first game in a trilogy of the same name (although the third takes place in an alternate reality). PE Proposal: Fuhrer Ugly (One-Punch Man)

This might be the first proper proposal from the One-Punch Man franchise, which is a bit surprising given that it is a very popular anime/manga series, but also understandable given that the heinous standards are so astronomically high. In any case, I am excited to be the one to actually make this, regardless of how it goes. Those that read the manga will know who this character is and will probably not be that surprised that I decided to propose him as the first (and at least for now only) candidate in the series given that he is known in the fandom to be one of the most evil and cruel villains. And for those that instead haven't read the manga... yes, this isn't a joke proposal, this is his actual name. But this is the same franchise in …

PE Removal: Adam Taurus from RWBY

Hello everyone! And welcome to my first ever PE removal post. And god, about time too. As much as I love PE proposals, I also want to do some removals every once and while. And thank goodness that I'm about to do one. Apologies if it looks bad. This is my first time, so I'll improve these removal posts in the future.

Firstly, huge thanks to both LordJarman and Sgt. Fluffyboots for giving me this idea. There was a brief discussion about this guy and it finally hit me that he indeed defintely needs a removal. While he is an unlikeable jackass (I blame the writers for that), he has some factors that ultimately prevents him from being completely PE. Is it really strong enough to make him a bit likeable? Not really. But it is enough to show he a…

Heretic is a 2024 psychological horror film by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods and was distributed by A24. It concerns two Mormon women trying to convert an Englishman to their faith... but he has more planned for them than they realize.

PE Proposal: Jacques Schnee

]] Here I am again! This time I'm going to be doing a RWBY proposal.

As heartbroken as I was to learn of Rooster Teeth's shutdown, I was pleased to learn that RWBY would be picked up by Viz Media and that Volume 10 is in the works. I love RWBY, having watched every volume from 2016 to the present day. The show's an action-packed emotional rollercoaster with very compelling characters in both its heroes and its villains. I look forward to seeing it be given the satisfying conclusion it deserves.

I wasn't surprised that Cinder Fall was eventually given a removal proposal. Her backstory was extremely heart wrenching that I was surprised she retained the red lock for as long as she did. So, to mitigate this, I'm going to propose a new candidate …

Godzilla vs. Evangelion is a crossover project between Godzilla and Neon Genesis Evangelion, particularly Shin Godzilla and the Rebuild of Evangelion anime films. However, the true culprit reveals himself, and it's our good pal, King Ghidorah.

He only plays a role in the 4-D ride and the follow-up pachinko games, so those are the ones I'll be discussing.

PE Proposal: Boss Hamata

Quite long ago, I've been doing my surfing time on Netflix and came across what appears to be one of their best animated adult shows in their time. Beautiful animation and explicit violence in the Edo period of Japan. Incredibly complex story, great character buildup, and only the finest streams of writing you'll ever find, and eventually I got hooked. As a second season is coming ahead into the nearby future, there have been plenty of qualifiers, well, three-five, to be specific.

Heiji Shindo was already discussed by a fellow acquaintance of mine while Abijah Fowler is said to be a complex case who may have chances to be struck down should the second season have any technicalities for him or might remain the same, just little bits, despite…

I have been watching this 1988 horror/comedy movie, High Spirits for weeks now. However, I can't tell if Liam Neeson's character in this movie is either a villain, anti-villain, anti-hero, or neutral character or not.

Please, if anybody has seen the movie before or wishes to see it online on YouTube in the link below while having a few laughs, please help me by letting me know whether Liam Neeson's character counts a character worthy of having his own page created here on this wiki or not ASAP.

So without further adou, ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce: Lord Enver Gortash and The Absolute.

Pure Evil Proposal - Doctor Doom (Fantastic Four 1994)

So hey it has been a while since I did a proposal here. I have a somewhat interesting one that was suggested to me, and I thought I might as well do it.

  • 1 What's The Work
  • 2 Who Is He And What Has He Done
  • 3 Redeeming Qualities/Mitigating Factors
  • 4 Heinous Standard
  • 5 Conclusion

The Fantastic Four is a 1994 movie based on, well, what else but the Fantastic Four franchise from Marvel. This film wasn't ever officially released, even though it was fully completed; I think it was due to rights issues. However, the film did end up circulating online and is possible to fully view.

Doctor Doom is, well, of course, Doctor Doom, an adaptation of the main archenemy of the Fantastic Four, though this one is portrayed somewhat differently from his canon version. In the…

PE Proposal: Thordak

would be envious.]]

Having recently caught up on S3 of the show, I feel informed enough to make this big proposal with confidence.

As far as animated adaptations go, The Legend of Vox Machina is up there with the Netflix Castlevania series as one of the more successful and entertaining adaptations we've gotten. We've got a colorful cast, beautiful animation, a good balance of comedy and drama, awesome fight scenes, and some engaging character development. I'm looking forward to the 4th season.

I've been chatting with my trusted ally Tripp Everett, and with their blessing I have permission to propose one of the most epic villains the show has given us. Voiced by the late Lance Reddick in one of his last and most breathtaking performances ever, all…

PE Proposal: Knull (Sony's Spider-Man Universe)

2 weeks has passed and honestly, I wasn't really that amped to do this discussion at first due to my mixed view on a particular candidate that has become well-known as Marvel's greatest multiversal threats, only to be another victim of Malekith Syndrome (And I'm referring to the MCU one's infamy for anyone knowing what the hell I'm talking about). However, it took small-time talk from a friend of mine or two more that with the screentime given, albeit one akin to the trailer first shown, painfully ironic as it looks, he has enough dialogue to showcase a bit of fleshed-out personality.

Of course, I'm talking about Knull, the creator of the Symbiotes and widely just as beloved and feared by all more so than Thanos could ever try climbing that…

PE Proposal: Dennis Rader

WARNING: THIS PROPOSAL CONTAINS POTENTIALLY DISTURBING DETAILS

  • 1 What’s the work?
  • 2 Who is he? What has he done?
  • 3 Heinous Standard
  • 4 Mitigating Factors

Mindhunter is a Netflix original series which ran for two seasons before being screwed over cancelled in 2023. It follows the development of criminal profiling in the late 1970s and early 1980s, as Special Agents Holden Ford and Bill Tench (fictionalized versions of real-life FBI legends John Douglas and Robert Ressler) interview serial killers around the United States in order to gain insight into the mind of a killer and, with any luck, find a way to apply that insight to catching more killers.

Unfortunately, there’s a flaw in their methodology. No matter how much they try to cover all bases, at the …

Pure Evil Proposal: Dreameater from I Frog-ot

Finally got whitelisted, and I'm very thankful! So, because I just started with proposing here, I decided to start off with a nice and easy proposal. If only there was a nice and easy candidate who obviously had zero mitigating factors... oh look, a frog!

  • 1 What's the work?
  • 2 What is it?
  • 3 What has it done?
  • 4 Mitigating factors
  • 5 Heinous standards
  • 6 Verdict?

I Frog-ot is a fun and short little indie horror game where a wizard named Diego miscasts a spell and turns himself into a frog, haha! ...Wait, indie horror? What could be scary about that?

Dreameater is "Diego", who wasn't turned into a frog because of a miscast spell at all. Rather, he lured the protagonist into a hallucination where it seemed like it was a frog, due to how it altered the perception…

Pure Evil Proposal: Mr. Hyde from Van Helsing (2004)

So I decided to propose one of my favorite incarnations of the classic horror villain, Mr. Hyde, specifically from the 2004 film, Van Helsing. Now 2 years ago I proposed this character, but like many of my old proposals, I'm not very pleased with how I did the Heinous Standards section. So I'm basically gonna copy and paste from my proposal from my old account and edit some stuff.

  • 1 What is the Work?
  • 2 Who is Mr. Hyde? What He Done?
  • 3 Miltigating Factors? Tragic Excuse?
  • 4 Heinous Standard?
  • 5 Conclusion?

Van Helsing is a stupid but still incredibly fun monster mash action movie starring Hugh Jackman as the titular Van Helsing as he battles Count Dracula to bring his children to life so they may feast upon the earth. Prior to taking down Dracula, he foug…

PE Proposal: Alicia Lohmeyer

This is for Alicia Lohmeyer from Code Geass whose page I've just created. Like Luciano she's not a major character but still seems singularly vile enough to count.

  • 1 The work?
  • 2 Who is she? What has she done?
  • 3 Redeeming traits?
  • 4 Heinous standard?
  • 5 Verdict?

Code Geass is a 2006 anime by Sunrise focusing on Lelouch vi Britannia, an exiled prince who acquires the power of Geass and starts a revolution against the corrupt and racist Britannian empire.

She's a corrupt Britannian politician who is appointed to be Nunnally's aide upon her becoming the new Viceroy of Area 11. This turns out to be a less than ideal appointment since she's an open racist who despises both Nunnally due to her compassion for the Japanese (called "Elevens" by the Britannians) and …

PE Proposal: Brainiac (Superman: Unbound)

Hi! So, I am back with my fourth proposal now, and I have another one for you and this one was bound to happen. Since my Nekron proposal originated from DC comics, this would probably be my second DC proposal, thankfully I don’t have to compare this one to other DC comic villains because it is a movie original. Honestly, I wanted to do the villain from My Adventures with Superman, but someone already beat me to the punch (Oh well). Thankfully, I knew about another one that is a definite qualifier and another one of my own creations. So, let the trial begin for Brainiac!

  • 1 What's the Work
  • 2 Who is the candidate?
  • 3 What has he done?
  • 4 Heinous Standards
  • 5 Freudian Excuse/Mitigating Factors
  • 6 Final Verdict

Superman: Unbound is a 2013 animated superhero film…

Squidward Tentacles Villain Proposal

Squidward Tentacles is one of the main protagonists of SpongeBob SquarePants.

SpongeBob SquarePants is an American-animated comedy that aired on Nickelodeon, NickToons, TeenNick, and MTV 2. The show is known for having villains such as Mr. Krabs and Plankton.

  1. In "I Was a Teenage Gary", he neglected to feed Gary and starved him. He later accidentally poisoned SpongeBob with the snail plasma and turned into a snail as of a result.
  2. In "Fools in April", he pulled a severely dangerous prank on SpongeBob that left him physically and emotionally injured for the extremely petty reason of pulling harmless pranks on him.
