Bronze Cafe offers an even amount of meaty and vegetarian sandwiches on its northwest Las Vegas menu. The Complicated Order features oven-roasted bacon strips, a housemade bacon jam, oven-roasted turkey, avocado, cucumber, mixed greens, tomato, basil aioli, and housemade lemon vinaigrette on toasted ciabatta. But for the vegetarian version, ask for The Vegucated Order with vegan bacon strips, a housemade coconut bacon jam, oven-roasted Tofurky slices, avocado, cucumber, mixed greens, tomato, vegan basil aioli, and housemade lemon vinaigrette on toasted ciabatta.
Saginaw's Delicatessen
This delicatessen from Paul Saginaw, co-founder of Zingerman’s Deli, serves diner hits like Reuben sandwiches, matzo ball soup, onion rings, prime rib, salads, latkes, chopped liver, breakfast specialties — and even shrimp cocktail. The sandwiches are famously so big that they require two hands. Try the grilled Reuben with sauerkraut or the corned beef and mustard.

Roli Roti
Roli Roti got its start in a San Francisco food truck. Now in a Las Vegas food hall, the sandwich and rotisserie restaurant is serving its porchetta sandwiches with juicy pork, lightly sweet onion marmalade, and bitter arugula on a ciabatta roll with rosemary sea salt.
POP'S Pride of Philly Steaks
Sure, you have to order at the window and sit outside or take your food to go, but Pop’s has been serving its Philly-style hoagies since 2002. The standalone restaurant is open 24 hours, so you can visit for lunch or a late-night bite and get your fill of steak sandwiches loaded with peppers, onions, and Cheez Whiz, plus baskets of fried mushrooms, fried okra, jalapeno poppers, and zucchini sticks.
The Goodwich
The Goodwich got its start in a kiosk in the parking lot of Dino’s Lounge in Las Vegas. Now the Las Vegas staple serves out stacks of griddles sandwiches, breakfast items, and soups and salads. For a relatively simple sandwich, the GW patty melt with smoked cream cheese on rye pack a punch. This downtown sandwich counter has coffee and sandwiches just right for grab-and-go. specialty sandwiches, like one with slow-roasted pork and pecorino, are assembled on bread fresh-baked at Monzú Italian Oven + Bar. The Boss Cafe
Celebrity chef Buddy Valastro shows his sandwich skills inspired by the neighborhood delis in New Jersey and New York that he grew up with. Menu options include the Turkey PLT, Lisa’s Caprese, and Cubano Italiano. Each are served on a toasted ciabatta bread and prepared with Boss Cafe’s signature fresh mozzarella which is made in house multiple times a day and choice of sweet or hot peppers.
Lardo
Portland, Oregon, chef Rick Gencarelli’s ode to the pork sandwich shop includes a Korean pork shoulder sandwich, griddled mortadella, and must-order porchetta sandwich. Find it in Block 16 Urban Food Hall at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
Capriotti's Sandwich Shop
Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop stuffs their fresh-baked sub rolls with all manner of sandwich fixin’s. But the standout here is the Bobbie. Like a Thanksgiving dinner but better, this sub has slow-roasted turkey topped with cranberry sauce, handmade stuffing, and mayo.
Ike's Love & Sandwiches
Ike Shehadeh created Ike’s Love & Sandwiches out of San Francisco in 2007 and the sandwich shop became known for its Dutch, French, San Francisco sourdough, whole wheat, or gluten-free breads, and secret recipe Dirty Sauce available in more than 700 menu combinations. Over-stuffed choices include Shehadeh’s personal favorite, the Paul Reubens stacked with pastrami, purple slaw, and French dressing, plus the halal chicken Robin Williams, beef meatball-filled Super Mario, and the Steph Curry, prepared with turkey, yellow barbecue sauce, and provolone.
