The munchies can strike at any hour, and in Las Vegas, finding food late at night is pretty much a rite of passage. Some satisfy midnight cravings with the usual suspects: mammoth steaks, salsa-streaked tacos, or unadorned sushi. Others pick up a bargain plate at restaurants with late-night happy hours, or just end the night (or morning) at an all-hours diner. Silence the late-night hunger at one of these Las Vegas restaurants offering up great food far after the clock strikes midnight.
